  2. Black ~ although a cap color that's the same as the reel body would be cool. A-Jay
  3. Next Season I will have my sights on "hitting for the Cycle" For me that would be to land a smb over 21", a lmb over 22", a walleye over 29" and a pike over 40" all in the same fishing season. All of these catches are eligible for the state's Master Angler Awards Program. (Catch & Release only) But Well before the season opens here in April, I hope to Break the Lake Record lmb on Lake Baccarac ! ! ! (or at least net it for one of my friends ) A-Jay
  4. I was thinking the same thing - also Chris, please consider capturing one of these epic battles on video - I, for one, could definitely stand to learn how it's done. A-Jay
  5. Good enough. Ever think about adding a trailer hook to a scrounger ? Especially when trailing a longer type plastic like those big flukes. A-Jay
  6. Hey Jeff, The Luck-E-Strike Scrounger Jig Head comes with a Gamakatsu hook. I just got a few ~ 1/2oz with a 4/0 and 3/4oz with a 5/0. Hook is decent - seems a little small bit is sticky sharp. I will note that it's not overly heavy gage wire, which might be something we'll be looking for. A-Jay
  7. Wait for it . . . . . I heard they will take a 5 or a 10 quite eagerly, folded length-wise of course. You might take a bit of a beating . . . . A-Jay
  8. My guess is either Oprah Winfrie's birthday party or breakfast with Roseanne Barr. A-Jay
  9. Chartreuse Sexy Shad, Chrome Sexy Shad, Gold Sexy Shad and although I haven't tried it yet, that 18kt Tennessee Shad looks pretty sweet. If you haven't tried the silent versions yet, I would highly recommend it. In my clear water conditions they really shine but I have had surprising success working them through somewhat turbid conditions as well. A-Jay
  10. Nice - That must have been quite an experience. Charlie Moore and the man with the longest . . . name in baseball. A-Jay

  14. 100 lb spring scale - You are quite the He Man if you can straight arm the fish that bottoms out that bad boy. A-Jay
  15. I think both of those Michigan kids are about as wacky as they come . . . . . . . . A-Jay
  16. Goose - That is one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE Bass photos. I just can't get over that HEAD ! It's just Out - Rageous ! ! A-Jay

  20. Oh - You're a Funny Guy . . . . . . . . . Not Iced up yet - and haven't you heard about the very late season Big Lizard Bite up North here ? A-Jay
  21. I'm a fan of Mike and his Lunkerville show. No ones sell anything and there's no agenda. The mood on the show, which is certainly laid-back, combined with the camaraderie and mellow banter makes me believe that I am indeed - just watching two guys go fishing. It might not be everyones cup of tea - but I enjoy it. A-Jay
  22. Thanks - I was not familiar with that SK bait - nice. A-Jay
  23. Thanks Jeff - I'm not a big lizard fisherman but have heard good things about that one (especially from down south). But - you know what it's like - I was hoping to show them something different and BIGGER . . . . . . A-Jay
  24. So do any of you lizard fishing pros have experience with this bait, specifically the 10 inch version, I'd really appreciate any feedback - good or bad. I'm looking to add a Large lizard bait to the arsenal and I'm hoping this might be possible option. Thank in advance A-Jay
  25. Congrats on the PB ~ ! A-Jay
