  2. On a separate note ; You should appreciate this - Sing the following lyrics as the chorus to " the Twelve Days of Christmas" " . . . . Five Shoul - derr shruuuuuugssss.... four cable flyes, three french presses, two barbell curls, but no squats 'cuz' I've got a bad knee . . . " Happy Holidays A-Jay
  3. I don't know the horse's name - but there is this from Wikidepia : "The horse's name is not "Bobtails" or "Bob". The horse is described as "bobtail" or "bobtailed" which refers to the tail as being "bobbed": cut shorter or docked, which was commonly done to the tails of carriage horses to keep them neat and reduce the chance of the tail getting caught in the reins." And I'll pass on the Fiffy Pudding. A-Jay
  4. Nice ! Glenn you had to see that one coming. . . . . . . . A-Jay

  6. That's Whacked ! The list of charges is pretty funny. - So as the emergency personnel are using the jaws of life (really ?) to extract these humans and then a Crane (Come on man) is hoisting these same humans up and out of the vehicle - I would love to see the footage from the police car's dash camera showing the looks on the faces of the Law Enforcement Officials at the scene . . . . . . . .had to be classic ! And in this day and age (story says it was 2008) how can there be no video footage of this . . . ? ? ? This I would watch. A-Jay
  7. There always is . . . . more to the story that is. And your right, there are millions of women out there, but are they all the same ? For example - is there anyone just like slonezp - I say there is not. My point revolved around the old battle between $$ and material possessions vs a human spirit / soul mate. No Contest from where I'm sitting. And this goes both ways. The voice in my head says - RUN - and don't look back. Get your ride repaired and then work on surrounding yourself with people that share your philosophy - they actually do exist. You just have to look for them. A-Jay
  8. I'd say that any quality and well maintained fishing tackle is like any other equipment, it should last. What's the difference if you use your gear for 6 years or you use it for three years and someone who takes care if it, uses it for three years ? No difference for me. I have purchased both rods and reels used (mostly from established BR members) and I been pleasantly surprised by what I received every time. A-Jay
  9. So in the biggest picture - I urge you to think of it this way (hypothetically) - If you woke up tomorrow morning and both your "car" and your "Woman" were gone from the face of the earth, never to return; which loss would be greater to you ? It's a car, man. There are millions of them and I bet you know where you can get another one just like it. When you actually find the right person to be with, this situation would never happen. A-Jay
  10. I do not know of any realistic angling applications for your newly shortened rod. However, if you put a high capacity reel on it, spool it up with braid, I suppose you could use it to fly a kite. A-Jay
