  1. I haven't seen every pre-season game and I will grant you that these replacement Refs are not as "Polished" as the Seasoned Vets that we are used to seeing, but I think these guys are Actually Calling a Much Larger Percentage of the infractions that occur on each Play. Penalties that often do not get called because they occur all the time, these guys are tossing a flag. Like it or not I say, if it's done - call it. A-Jay

Sweet Truck - Love the sound of the "after Installation" exhaust. Chips are cool - and I think every dealership will tell you that they void the warranty. Just take the tune off prior to your visit (takes 2 minutes) and then put it back afterwords. I've chipped 2 new trucks and a GTO and I'm a fan. Your speed shop buddy might try to talk you into a few more "Upgrades" which would also be nice. Congrats ~ A-Jay

  6. I haven't tried them all but Power Pro & Sufix 832 braid handle just fine. A-Jay
  7. - Two Head lamps & extra batteries - Spot light - Insect Repellent - Mess Head Net - Camera w/ extra battery - Small First Aid Kit - Extra Pair of Glasses (knot tying in the dark) A-Jay
  8. It's the nature of the beast. I use 30 braid w/ leader for several set ups and only go up to 50 + for the heavy cover environments. 30lb handles well, is plenty strong enough and does not blow around as bad. A-Jay
  9. Look who's Back in Town ! How the fishing ? Is this a pop-in or are you back for a bit ? A-Jay
  10. Nice Ride Buddy ~ And welcome to BR ! A-Jay

  12. Clearly, the current record holder was subjected to / followed all the standing regulations in order to certify his/her catch as the New Record (at the time). If you were that person, you certainly would be proud of your accomplishment. More importantly, you have every right to expect that any & all catches entered to challenge your catch are held to the same standards that you upheld in order to process your catch as The Record. That didn't happen here. A-Jay
  13. An Inspiring memory right there ~ Post Card Worthy. A-Jay
  14. Quite possibly my favorite Bass description . . . A-Jay
  15. I wear this - I guess you have to ask yourself - what's your life worth ? A-Jay http://www.mustangsu...sion=recreation#
  16. But Of Course - You know how I feel about - The Quest for Bronze. A-Jay
  17. I have been - but I imagine you could do with out it - more of a natural look. That is if you can call a hunk of metal wire with a wildly spinning shiny blade flailing around wildly above it - natural ? A-Jay
  18. I've been using the 4.5" size as a spinnerbait and swimjig trailer - and I'm liking it. The directions indicate a swimbait hook type rig - but I can't find a make / model to match it - they are all too long ? ! ? ! What's up with That ? A-Jay
  19. You got it - and I'm hoping this "putting it to the test" includes photo's of several Autumn Over-size Black Bass. A-Jay
  20. Yes Sir - Thanks I will do that ~ If the reel does come from the factory at "2 on" as you indicated - that worked good for me - One thing I didn't mention in the initial review - the deposit for the Demo was 700 smack-a-roos, which I already got back - So according to The Bait Monkey's financial calculations - I actually Made Money ~ ? ~ ? A-Jay
  21. Your quarry is very nocturnal - I'm betting that if you put the time in, night operations will get you that "Big Fish" you've been looking for. Night ops were the standard for me for a very long time as I pursued that particular fish up and down the east coast. My most productive nights and times were new moon (no moon) nights and right at the switch of the tide from slack low to the start on the flood. The bait has to relocate with the current change and is briefly vulnerable to the predator. Also I think the Big Bass are a bit lazy and like to feed more when they don't have to fight a strong current to do so. Good Luck A-Jay
  22. There is now one New Shimano Calcutta Series 300D Casting Reel heading my way. Many of my usual sources of supply are in a back order status. Seems like the on-line in-stock supply is currently fairly low. I had to search several on-line vendors before I located one. A-Jay
  23. Hey Chumly - that is Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much information. A-Jay
  24. I'm a Pats fan - but until Mr Brady beats the QB from the NY Giants (I can't even say his name) in the Final Game of the year - It's hard for me to to put the New England QB at the top of this list. Really looking forward to this NFL Season ~ A-Jay
  25. Congrats on the Largemouth Fatty and the Win ! ~ ! ~ A-Jay
