When it comes to vehicle cleaning/detailing, I might not be totally in the extreme category, but probably pretty close. If I can touch it, I will almost always clean it. And if a step ladder is part of your routine & standard detailing 'equipment', You are my people. A-Jay
  3. LOL ! Thanks @MickD I knew I could count on your support. And I have a killer campaign slogan too. Just can't remember it. ? A-Jay
  4. As a card carrying member of the CRS club (and could probably make a strong run for president), it's in my interest to keep it simple. It's a work in progress. A-Jay
  5. https://www.thebuttdial.com/ These guys were a site sponsor briefly and I actually picked up a couple to try. Haven't placed them into service yet so I can't offer any input. But they seem to have the potential to solve 'the problem'. A-Jay
  6. Hard to say ~ Might have been the Cush-It https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Cush-It_Big_Bass_Rod_Floats/descpage-CUUSH.html I use them when fishing for mutant green bass south of the border Helps with the rib bruising when I'm going for the Bassmaster / Hollywood hooksets. A-Jay
  7. Interesting perspective. My personal boat handling skills and experience comes from something a bit more 'next level'. A-Jay

  14. The Go Pro Hero 9 Black stabilization package combined with the Max video mod, is over the top good at making me look like I can drive a boat ~ ? A-Jay
  15. The conditions you described are rarely my best or even decent days. Some wind will always help. Fish in it - don't run from it. From today. Cold, wind, rain & 44 degree water . . . Good Luck A-Jay
  16. Day 2 on Lake Menderchuck ~ Big Fish Jeff & I had to battle some fairly insane conditions again ~ But still managed to put a few in the net . . . . Fish Hard A-Jay
  17. Yes we knew what was ahead of us but this is well within the rigs ability. This clip is on the way back to the ramp and is mostly a following seas deal. On the way out in the morning was considerably more challenging but the spray on the camera made the video un-useable. A-Jay
  18. Today’s trip onto Lake Menderchuck included some rather sporty condition on the ride back to the ramp. Thought I’d share it. These are the days where I am quickly reminded of just how important having a super capable rig, as well as a powerful and dependable out board, really are to me. Stay Safe & Fish Hard A-Jay
  19. Megabass Vision 110 + American Fishing Wire = Fish Hard A-Jay
  20. Hello Daniel and Welcome to Bass Resource ~ Interesting first post. Perhaps investing in something like this could help. https://thesuperstick.com/ I use one and do find it to be quite an effective way to move my rig around in super skinny water. Fish Hard A-Jay
  21. Three years is the making - Day 1 on the water with Big Fish Jeff ~ Tough sledding but we got a few ~ Back at it in the morning. Fish Hard A-Jay
  22. For me it's all about trusting in the preparation. If I know & believe I've done all I can, I will focus on that. I will remain the same person before, during and after the fishing, so whatever the result, it does not define me. It's the journey that matters. Fish Hard A-Jay
  23. Wow ~ ! That's a Freaking GIANT ! Congrats A-Jay
