I use Sunline Shooter Defier Armilo Nylon for topwater. I like it for that. I have not used the green Defier Nylon. However the $$ is about the same given the yds per spool. A-Jay

You see dark ominous really nasty weather approaching in the distance. How long do you wait before you head to the ramp and get off the water ? I fish mostly full size walking baits (3/4 oz at least) and have decent success with Medium Fast spinning gear & braid. I need long bomb casts & solid hookset, and this covers all of that for me. A-Jay

I use a 10 Mushroom anchor in my 16 ft canoe. Works well in everything except rocks. Either way, every anchor is going to bring up some of whatever it's set in. Comes with the territory. A-Jay
