  1. BTS, is the best stuff on the market hands down! I had a freind help me put it on my Triton this spring and he could not beleave the shine!
  2. Yes this cinnamon brown is a good color. But I also like cinnamon black/purple flake or the netbait pumpkin pepper is a killer color!
  3. I was thinking of white/blueish lights in the lockers and storage and blue lights on th deck. But I am open to ideas. :-?
  4. Thanks for the heads up! I think I have a duel pro charger, I will look later to see for sure! Where can I find out if it is compatible, call the charger company I would say! :-?
  5. Thanks Catt, that is what I thought but I was not sure. I sure don't want to run my start battery down by adding led lights. I was thinking of also adding led lights to my boat deck for night fishing but I would be mad if I went to start and my battery was dead. :'(
  6. I have a 04 Triton and I think I will need new trolling motor batteries and I want to go with Optima batteries. I have a freind that works there and get them real cheap. My question is which one do I get the blue top? And will they fit in Triton? I think the Optima's are a bit bigger but I am not sure. Any help would be geat! :'( :-[ :-/ :-?
  7. I would like to know if the rod locker lights and the storage lights in my boat run off of the trolling motor battery or the starting battery? I have a 04 Triton. I want to add some led lights to the lockers and storage areas but I don't want to run my batteries low eather. Thanks
  8. All brush hogs are good! Also try the Zoom Mini lizards they are great on a drop shot or a jig head!
  9. Can't wait, my hart is pounding and I am starting to shake!
  10. Bobby, great pictures, great idea's.
  11. Has anyone fished these jigs? And what do you think? I picked up some of both but,I have not had a chance to use them yet! The Flat Top looks like a cool jig!
  12. Great idea,I will have to try the Fluke on it.
  13. How much you want to bet that he spends more than $40? I tryrd that too, I told myself I can only spend $ 75 and I came home with about $ 200 spent! As for the $ 40 I would get some Baby Paca Craws,Senko's,Rage Tail Lizard, and the Rage Tail Anaconda worm,Tubes, some Chompers fin.football jigs. Just my two cents worth.
  14. i know what your saying! I just gave up trying to put them on a jig head! But they are great on a C-rig,or a T- rig.
  15. I like the Chompers fin.jig and you can't go wrong with the Outcast swimming jig. The Chompers jigs are perfect, no trimming of the skirt and the weed guards are just wright,
  16. Bell sinkers, you are kidding? :-/ Nope!!! Watch the Classic Patterns: Tactics for Tough Conditions with Ike, its no joke. I tryed it with some tubes but the bell weights that I have are about 1/4 oz and they went in the tube ok and then, I put a EWG hook on but there is not much room to drive the hook home. Or am I missing something? :-/
  17. Bell sinkers, you are kidding? :-/
  18. This BTS ( Bow To Stern ) is the best that I have every used on my bass boat HANDS DOWN! I took my boat out of storage today and I wanted to try the BTS rather than boat wax! And I was VERY happy after I had put it on! The shine was second to none and so easy to put on and buff out! Just thought I would give this stuff a A +. Thanks for a great product! Has anyone tryed the BTS? And they are a sponsoe on this site too COOl.
  19. I did the same thing awhile back. Try JJ's Magic( clear ) on them and you will not smell that smoke anymore. And after you use the JJ's you may want to get a pizza. ;D
  20. I like the kalin's and the chompers grubs!
  21. They acctually take some time to get used to because you swing on a lot of things you have never felt before. Yep, These are great rods and you will feel alot more things with the carrot!
  22. I use these Lindy E Z tube weights alot in my tube baits. I like them better at times than a T rig. Easy to change weights without having to retie. How many of you have fished with these weights and do you like them? I really like them on the Netbait Action Cat. Or a tube craw!
  23. I have the same set up but I have not had a chance to get a line wet yet! :'( Good to hear this was a good choice. Have fun, I know I will soon!
  24. OK, I will take it one more step. I think I will be OK fishing cranks in the spring! What I don't have alot of faith in is the deep divers. I have a bunch of deep cranks like DD 22's, and so on. It just seems like I would waste the better part of the day when I could have been fishing jigs and worms. But again I want to be better at crankin and for sure the deep water crankin. What deep cranks do you like? Dan
  25. I am not a big crankbait guy.But I want to do more of crankin so any info would be great! Best time of year? The bass up here will start to spawn about mid to late May into the end of June and I know that that is a good time to go crankin but, what about the rest of the year? As the summer moves in do you put your cranks down and pick up the jig and plastic baits? Thanks
