  1. I don't eat! I am in my own little world and in the zone. If I am guideing that is different but, if in a tournament or out with buds I am in the zone. I may have a soda.
  2. I have a bunch of the old off set worm hooks that I don't seem to use anymore. I have been using the EWG hooks for all my plastic's. I know that the EWG hooks were made for fat baits like, tubes, and so on. But should I go back to the worm hooks for skinny baits or should I stay with the EWG hooks? :-? :-? :-/ :-/ :'( :'(
  3. I have a bunch of these hooks that I just found hidding in my tackle box. I have not used these hooks. Have any of you fished them? they have a little wire up on the eye of the hook to hold the bait on.
  4. I use two knots, the palmar knot and the San Diego knot. both are very strong knots. I guide at night and that is when I use the SD jam knot.
  5. When I fish senko's I fish them on Gamma 8 lb. or XPS or Trilene Fluor. in 8 lb. also!
  6. 17 lb. Trilene 100% fluo. or 50 lb. Sufix braid.
  7. I use both but, I think I like the Sufix a bit better!
  8. Love this rod!!!!! I us the 6'9" MH for small Fin.jigs like the Chompers football jig.
  9. I would have thought that the lizard would have more votes at this time! :-/
  10. The fluro. box is gold in color almost looks like there braid box. It is hard to tell them apart. Make sure you looked good! :-/
  11. Ya, I picked it up at one of the Gander Mountain Stores!
  12. "Uncle" Homer's answer? Is that man nuts or just plain senile? Ya, I was thinking the same thing, maybe he is just getting too old and he forgets thing! :'(
  13. I bought some of the Sufix 10 lb. fluorcarbon today. Has anybody fished this new line from Sufix? And what are your thoughts on this line? I like the sufix lines alot but I have not used this line yet. :-?
  14. These two lures are some what alike, and I was thinking of picking some of these up. Just would like to find any info on these two good ,or bad, before I move on them! I would think grubs and flukes would make good trailers on these! Thanks for any input!
  15. I was thinking that the lizard would be the hot bait. I am not sure, but I think the bass are about to spawn down south by now and the lizard would be a killer! :-/
  16. I know it is alittle early in the season to ask this but, of the ones that are fishing now! Of these Rage Tails baits which one is the hot one for now?
  17. I agree,and the Netbait C-Mac worms.
  18. I have a 19 ft. Triton and want to add better lighting in my rod lockers and in my bait storage compartments. Have any of you done this? I am not too good when it comes to tools. Is it easy to do? It not I will just go without. I fish alot at night so I was thinking of adding the lights. Dan
  19. What did the chip cost? I just need a GPS for fishing and marking way points and to take on a trip with my wife too.
  20. Try the Tru-Tungsten Smart Peg or the Bass pro Sinker Stops, they are rubber pegs that can slid up and down your line without hurting the line. And it is very cool that you can slid up or down, if you want to peg it or leave the rubber peg up your line to let the weight be free sliding. They are in the Bass Pro Catalog on page 330. What I like to do is put two of the pegs on my line, one ahead of the weight and one behind the weight. This way if you slid the peg that is ahead of the weight up your line and then push the peg that is behind the weight up your line now, you have a C-rig and then if you want push them back to the hook for a T-rig. By doing this you can make any leader as long as you want without having to retie!
  21. I would like your input to a good hand held GPS> I was thinking of spending about $ 300 to $400. I am not sure how much extra, the lake chip would cost also.
  22. Only one user,of these jigs! Anyone else? :-?
