OK Deak, but I'll teach you some spelling and grammer. It's you're not your. Hoping you can teach me how to use my 1st baitcasting rod. My Dobyns will be arriving in the mail Monday. That will give me motivation to do some bass fishing in April instead of only trout.

Hey Shane, I love night fishing but I only have one friend that enjoys it but he only does salt water (which is also very fun). Deak only likes to fish early mornings. If you are ever looking for someone to go fishing on a Friday or Sat. night, let me know. I see the fish you catch so I'm sure you could teach me a thing or two.

I am going camping this weekend at Squam Lake. Never been there before. Anyone have any tips on that location? Would like to catch some nice small mouth there.

I have a friend who lives in Raymond and we are supposed to go there next week. I've been there once last year and my friend and I both caught decent bass there in that cove all the way down and to the right of the boat launch. We wanted to go again but they started repairing boat launch area. Where were you catching them if you don't mind me asking? Was it on the right side of lake from boat launch where there is a lot of vegetation? That area looked really good when we went last year but we went on a very windy day. That is why we headed into that cove to fish.

Went to Portsmouth last night for some Stripers. Caught 6. Here are 2 of them.

Went to Arlington Mill in Salem for about an hour today to fish from shore. Caught this guy on a jig with a Rage Lobster. Left scale in car so I'm not sure how much he weighed.

I went fishing tonight after work at the Exeter River. I was fishing for trout using an inline spinner and caught this. Can someone let me know what it is?

Would like to stay within a half hour of there. I live in Brentwood and it will take me about an hour to get to Milford so the closer the better. Ever fish Purgatory Brook? Looks like a nice place from pics I have seen.

I have a buddy that just bought a house in Milford NH. I'm going there next weekend to fish Purgatory Brook for trout. Would also like to do some bass fishing with him. Does anyone here know any good spots to fish from shore in the Milford area? Neither of us own a boat.

I have been there many times but always bring my bass equipment instead of my trout stuff. I'm usually fishing there during the summer when the trout would be deep. I have got some decent bass there 2.5 - 3 lbs. I should go there sometime this month with my trout gear and see what happens.

I like fishing Tower Hill Pond when I'm fishing from shore.

I was thinking about getting into fly fishing myself. There are certain places I would like to fish that are fly fishing only. I also figured tying my own flies could keep me busy during the winter.

Depends how much you want to get into it. I have a rod and tackle box set up for bass and another rod and tackle box set up for trout. If you use a spinning rod for bass, all you really need are some smaller lures like in line spinners and that will get you started. I prefer using an ultra light rod for trout fishing though. I have my trout reel spooled with 4# Floro. Catching freshly stocked trout with a medium action rod is just to easy and takes away the fun for me. And if you catch a 4+ # native trout in a river on an ultra light rod, the adrenaline will rush and you should have a good fight in store.

Got my 1st fishing in for 2013 yesterday. Went over to Exeter River fishing for trout. Caught a rainbow trout on my second cast. Ended up catching 4 trout total (2 Rainbows and 2 Browns) and my buddy caught 3. Must have just been stocked. Will be going for bass when it warms up a little more. Great start to the season.

I went on a trip 2 years ago to fish Lake Champlain. Very fun place to fish. Had more fun catching Pike there than Bass. Lots of areas to explore there.

Where is the spring weather? I'm ready to go out and catch some bass and trout.

I'm always looking to go out fishing in NH. I own a 14' boat (1956 Larson) but sold my Jeep last month so I can't tow it anymore. Probably putting it on Craigslist soon. Would gladly pitch in for gas any time you want to go out.

Anyone want to go fishing this Wed.? Weather is looking good and all my fishing buddies will be working. I have a boat. Was thinking about going to Kingston Lake but am open to any place near by.
