just had my dad give me a black and red 1/4 oz chatter bait. what are these things how do i use em haha help?

my dad had a box of 10 of THESE. he missplaced em and i found em haha. he had a bunch of differenct colors such as white with a red blad, black with a black blade, chart with a copper blade, and grey skirt with copper blade any luck with these. and there from 1/4 to an 1/8 ounce. let me hear.

how long are the handle lengths on the extremes. they look wicked long. not sure if i liike that?

do the extremes hav ea good back bone. i have an old shakespear bass tour series rod that i thought was a Medium light but is actually a medium and feels like there isnt much of a back bone. im not sure if i want a medium or a medium heavy. what rod would u rather have than a 6'6 extreme medium actiion for plasitcs?

im looking for a rod around 80-100. i see both the extreme and pro are on sale has anyone had both of these rods or do. and besides the modulus 60 mill. versus 70 mill. what are the differences. thanks travis

Ive always fished ugly sticks and now i need an upgrade. im looking for a rod around 7 feet long for all around use that has good sensitivity and strength. i do mostly plastics for fishing. could you recommend some rods. also i wouldnt mind buying two rods. one for plastics and jigs.((( or would i need two rods for light plastics and heavy jigs'))) and one rod for cranks and spinner baits or top water. i could def use some help. im thinking sensitive and fast for plastics and soft and long for cranks and topwater but what length and stuff im not sure on. wow im ranting. haha recommend a few i can look up also i dont wanna break the bank but i do hav ea 50 dollar gift card to bps.!!!!! ;D Trav

haha why is jj just stank? my dad gave me some stuff that i reaked like garlic. i couldnt stand to use it. haha. reeeeeeeeeeaaaked. but at night atleast i wouldnt have to worry bout the vampires!

What is your favorite and scent and how often do you apply. i have always used smelly jelly. my dad had me on that as a kid. but now a days im just using my plastics as they come outa the bag. like zoom flukes or paddle worms. or senkos. whats urs. and i probably put it on when i cant see any more majic lotion on the bait. trav

ya i agree i love the soft plastics. ive always wanted to catch a bass on a spinerbait but never have. i own a few around 1/4 ounce. and never do i have any luck. im gonna go buy two bran new ones. not sure what color. def colorado blades. maybe a black and blue or chartruese. idk

nice fish! . its always awesome when u have to work for a big fish and finally get it. i think working for it makes the catch even that much more memorable and freaking sweet.!!!! u better post that other picture when u catch her boy!!!!! trav

haha thanks for the info. i always heard that watermelon red flake was good. i love the purple stuff. anything purple or grape and its in the bag. u may have just given me another color choice!!!!!

The past two days it has been near 80 and low of 50's today it was near 80 humid and thunderstormed this evening now its 60. tomorrows high will be 73. low 59. Im fishing at a man made lake near to the end if not the end of the spawn so post spawn. water is slightly murkey with weeds growing fast. what do i do. water depth is gradual with not many drop offs only near 20 feet. man made lake used to be a gravel pit. sheesh i know i that was alot hahaha travis. ps i only caught two bass fishing the other day the whoooole day.

so say for example the thermocline is at 10 feet. should u be fishing at 10 feet or where. ?

what size hooks do u guys use for the brushhogs? i got some baby brush hogs that im dieing to use and not sure if i got the right hooks. and anyone use the red hooks with them. sorry to hijack haha

I was using a texas rigged worm and on the way down the fish took it swallowed it and i had to cut it off. This happened twice. Obvioulsy i couldnt get it out without killing the fish. so heres my question is there a way to get ur hook out without killing the fish. and what happens if u cut ur line with the hook in the fishes stomach. will it live or more likely die? stinking happened twice i was not a happy fisherman trav
