got the same rod but use it for jigs and worms? didnt even think of using it for spinnerbaits. thought the tip was a lil too stiff for that.

well im using 12lb yozuri hybrid and that stuff is pretty strong. if i did change a hook on the back lets say one size would that change the action to a certain degree?

depth would probably be about 12-15ft and its open water more or less. place is like a large dish. but the bait are poppin every where so i want to get some lures for fishin at the depth the fish shoullllllllllld be haha. t

i got a trolling motor in the minnkota 55lb thrust and its got 7 or more positions but the low end is still too fast in some situations and iw as just wondering if anyone jerry rigged a variable switch to change some settins. im sure it would void the warranty but it maaaaaaay be worth it. thanks to all bass boat techs t

got a a ton of alwives in my lake and just wondering if anyone uses some cranks or jerkbaits to immitate them or just goes with a generic crank bait t

im using a 7ft mh bionic blade. its not the best crank rod but ill check the hooks it was bran new and maybe look at some other color choics. thanks

Hey fellas landed one fish about 2 lbs on a red eye shad 1/2oz. now i was ripping this lure through thick and pain in the arse cabbage and thick clumps of milfoil. every cast im cleaning stuff off. next cast i hook into a fish about 3 -4lbs and its on for 5 seconds then its off! no idea why. and it wasnt through the vegetable stuffit was in clean open water. 20 minutes later lost another 4lber! after it was on for a few seconds and a headshake under the water. Then i lose ANOTHER fish about 3 lbs. in clean open water. i almost broke my rod. i would have thought even if they swiped at it theyd catch a hook deep and i couldnt sweep my road any more. i need help before i break all my rods out of rage

well some of the smallie guys have high scoring largemouths that were upgraded by smallies. interesting results so far. cmon fellows only a few days left!!!

wow what a question. just read everyones post and my thought is that im not sure. i do like catching bass in the 1-4 lb range cause thats what ive been catching the past month. first day out fishing i caught a 6lber with a fish in its stomach so i brought it down to 5-13 after lots thinking. being that my pb is 7.2 the thought of catching a 9.5 would be sweet. buttttttttttttttttt im going for a 10lber. if you changed it to ten pounds then im in. but other wise ill stick to 1-4's for now. and im sure ill change my minds in a few minutes. haha good post. :Dt rage.
