i always hear to fish a green jig in grass. why would you do that. is it cause the crayfish match their environment? or is it just preference of the fisherman. i bought a bunch of texas craw and green pumpkin and forest jigs. just lookin for the best "environments" to fish them t

i love the craw colors. something about the brown and orange with orange flake does wonders for me. then again thats me. id say get some standard recommened colors and commit a few days to fishing them. once i said no matter what ill sacrifice fishing what i knew would catch fish for what i think may catch big fish i uped my game. but ask around and ull hear pb and j black and blue. pumpkin greens and brown craws. with those four your set. variations are allllllll over. so good luck ;D and dont worry about noob questions. no such thing t

hey gman i havent caught any fish yet on your jigs. then again im still waiting for my order. when i get it ill post a picture. and then when i bang up them ny bass holes ill post those pics too. if senko77 says there good ill take that to the bank. but before i get his special color ill try what works. then branch out. i def know what senko77 is talking about when he casts out a finesse hook vs a flippin hook. wish they had a thinner hook for flippin just to be more versatile. ;D gman ill thank you in advance for my new pb when i catch it on your jig. and if you have any stickers send me one and ill put it on my car!!!! right next to the *** sticker!!! t rage

for the flukes i have some favorites used with a barrel swivel a foot ahead and that 3/0 ewg gama top 3 are smokin shad rainbow shad baby bass

id also get- paca chunks -they are awesome 3/0 ewg gama hooks in red- again awesome superfluke jrs. they are awesome and are very overlooked imo next to their bigger brothers not sure if *** has the gman jigs? i just put an order myself into the gman-

hey fellas, Fished a lake with mr fishsticks on sat. best 5 fish went 17 even so it was a great day ;D. exceptttttt..............in the morning we started working or way around the southern pt of the lake. we were movin along pretty well. we wanted to fish a small section of overhanging trees in particular but slowed down about 35 yards a way to fish a flat. so were fishing the flat and the next thing i hear is a sploosh. i look over my shoulder and 30 yards a way is a guy tossin a spiinngerbait right to those trees!!!!!! seriously >:(he jumped right in front of us knowing the line we were taking and he was stealthy about it) i couldnt believe with all the other space on the lake he sat right there. obviously the fish gave him the memo about where they were gonna hang out today. now if he was in that area first i def would have moved to a different section of the lake being the respectful bass man that i am. i was gonna say something but figured it wouldnt do any good and realized that best thing to do was catch a fish and rub it in his face. ofcourse not catching a fish all day i would need some help from the fish gods. after 15 minutes i was still feeling a little :o/ > so finally i cast my rig about 15 feet from his boat. and WHAMMMMMMMMMMO ;D hook into a 3lber. then i casted behind my boat and caught another 3lber. then after that guess he got fed up watchin the show and started motoring over to another area on the other side of the lake :'( as he was leaving mr fishsticks hooked up with a 3lber and i made it seem like a 10lber for the enthusiasm i had. haha i felt better after that. but honestly he could have respected my line and pace i was going and either waited till i left or found some other spot to work his rig. sorry for venting. anyone ever have a fish "cutter" in your neck of the woods > t - RAGE

well after lookin at the jigs and seeing it was free shipping over 30 bucks i spent 32 bucks on jigs!!!! haha i got issues i know and i love it. this is what i got whats the main difference between forrest and dark green pumpkin. it looks like a mix of light green pumpkin and dark ;D 3- 3/8oz wide gap wire tied black and blue ole hair 3- 3/8oz wide gap wire tied green head Forrest skirt 3- 3/8oz wide gap wire tied brown head brown and orange skirt 3- 3/8oz wide gap wire tied brown head pb and j skirt 2- 3/8oz wide gap wire tied black head dark green pumpkin skirt

do u have to order them from the site or where? and do you guys buy premade jigs or buy jig heads and skirts seperately? t

anyone use these. and whats the difference between banded and wiretied. also thinking how is the the trailer keeper on it? i have some rattles as i like to use rattles so does anyone throw one on with these jigs. i def like the idea of the wide gap hook. thanks fellas t

id throw a weightless superfluke in maybe a bass or minnow color. didnt get a chance to google the map so maybe if im bored ill check it out. with big fish in there like 8lbers and such id also throw some big jigs as well as the famous spinnerbait and possible some swim baits. i did catch my pb on the superfluke jr which is about 3 inches at most as well as a senko. having a limited time to fish also hurts considering thats yoiur gonna be speed fishing. haha. with the weather forecast i dont know what stages you are in considering im a northern boy. well let me see some pics of that slampigs when u get them! t

I dont have a net on my boat. considering i lost two fish at the boat today that i def woulda had landed if i had net i was thinking of the purchase. but i do like fishing like the bass pros do without the use of a net. well let me know what ya think do you land fish with the aide of a net?

hey fellas, ive been using bigger jigs for flipping and pitching 3/8oz in particular. ive been feel the taps then set the hook like usual . fish will be on then either A. the hook will fall out or pop out of the fish within the first 2-5 seconds or B. ill miss the hook up after the tap. i cut down the weed guard. unfortuanetly it took a suicide jig to find out how much i could cut off before i got hung up :'( so now when i feel the tap i wait another half second and then slam the mother ! its been working but im still missing fish now and then. by the way its pre-swawn temp at 54 degress. any advice.? t

Had an Awesome day today. Its been a two weeks since the purchase of my new 12 ft kl boat, installation of a trailer hitch on my honda and installation the thule roof rack from hell on my car, buying a shimano curado and citica, a shimano crucial, learning how to use a baitcaster(4 weeks), and trying to x off a few goals in the process of catching fish pitching with a 3/8oz All Terrain grassmaster jig and paca craw. Sooooo Went out today solo and had an awesome time. Started off at 6 am. was out untill 3 pm. ya i have an addiction/obsession/problems some would say. got on the water and started off pitching a jig and tossing a crankbait. missed a strike with the jig at 7:05 am. > actually had a 4lber on that i thought i hooked under a boat dock then he just came off. its been happening so much recently. guess its cause the jigs are bigger compared to 1/4 oz and they really need to be set hard. so after the quick release i then worked a rockledge with the sexy shad series 3 crank and put the first fish in the boat. 2 lbs 1 ounce. YA BABY. tossed her back and skunk was off. did a half a lap around the lake and went to a a sunkin dock missed a hit or what i thought was a hit and started working the opposite shady side of the dock. pitched the jig over the under water dock edge and thought i felt a tap then slack. so i reeled in the slack and slammed the hook. IMMMMMMEdiately i new it was a lil piggy. i was worried she was gonna come off cause ive been having hookin setting issues as of late. with some awesome headshakes and some last minute dives i lipped her in the boat and was PUMMMMPED ;D weighed her out quick at 5lbs even. i took some video of the momma with my cell as i released her. i was pumped but i didnt want the other bassers to know what was going on. 8-) i think they had a hint when i was hollering. was lucky enough to find another sunkin dock and hooked a 3 lber 8 oz that was half dolphin the way it was jumpn. managed two small guys at 2 lbs even each and the days total came to 14lbs 7 oz. thats my best 5 fish total ;D. well now with all the sun burn and exhaustion im gonna pass out and do it all over tomorrow! t

went fishing today for a few hours. hooked into this awesome 5lber. its a terrible picture but i was buy myself. i have some video of it too just gotta figure out how to put it on the forum 5lber state record 11lbs 4 oz- new score .44 x 100 = 44pts
