If you fish it before construction is done and they are "disturbing" the bottom,.....get down stream and set up shop. Here, when we are bull raking clams in the bay, the stripers sit about 100 yrds away sifting through all the sediment we stir up. Lots of food is released when you disturb the bottom like that. Just saying, don't be discouraged if they are working, just modify your plan to try something new.
