Sad day in puerto Vallarta
Yup, my friends who live there reported the same thing. In fact, one of them posted this pic the day after: It's as if it never happened.

CHECK YOUR EMAIL ON YOUR PROFILE AND ENSURE IT'S CURRENT! You will be locked out of your account!
Guys....I got a message today I replied And he said And THAT is the reason why I've said so many times here to CHECK YOUR EMAIL ON YOUR PROFILE AND ENSURE IT'S CURRENT! You better do that BEFORE you change or delete an email address (or let it expire), and change it to the updated email. Better yet, store your password somewhere safe so you don't have to use the "forgot password" feature when you have an expired email in your profile.

New Video! Covering Water Efficiently for Big Winter Bass
Thanks for watching. The pros that I record are giving away the juice! It just baffles me that the videos don't get many views. I suppose that really gives the guys who watch it a leg up.

MLF Santee Cooper - Deep Dive
Anyone that's fished Santee Cooper knows that wind can be a big problem. Day 1 of the MLF Santee Cooper tournament was cancelled today due to high winds, and according to the DeepDive app, it's not looking too good tomorrow either. Notice at the bottom it shows you wind velocity and direction forecast by-the-minute. That's pretty dang sweet! Good luck to anyone fishing it. Stay safe!

Who's the hardest core angler at Bass Resource?
I appreciate the kind words—thank you. That really means a lot. I’ve never been big on ranking anglers or comparing myself to others. In my mind, anyone who picks up a rod, keeps learning, and enjoys being on the water has the potential to be “the best” in their own way. What I do take pride in is helping people catch more fish, understand the why behind what they’re doing, and enjoy the sport a little more each time they go out. If anything I’ve shared over the years has helped someone do that, then I’m grateful to be part of it. There are a lot of incredibly knowledgeable and passionate anglers here, and that’s what really makes BassResource special.

Cold water bladed jig trailer
Dudes, seriously. We've had about dozen or so threads like this. They all ask what trailer to use. They all end up the same: EVERYTHING works! There's another thread like this going on right now. C'mon guys, how many times do you need to keep asking what trailer to use on a chatterbait?? It's getting comical.

Seaguar Pounce + TactX

Seaguar R18
Yep, I've been using 14lb for Senkos and am loving it! Now I'm comparing it to 15lb Tatsu for the same purpose, so that says something. I find it's supple, casts exceptionally well, and its abrasion resistance is impressive. I want more.

Sad day in puerto Vallarta
No doubt that's very unnerving for you. A friend of mine lives there as well, and they're further away from the violence. Nonetheless, they're hunkering down at least for the next several days. Stay safe Amigo!
