  1. Yes, that is why I made this comment on this thread. Maybe I should have put this comment on a Senko Thread?????? Lot of smart young men here, it is fun to watch them go through similar situations and learning progressions
  2. Remington Nose Hair Clipper, it's round, ez to clean and doesnt pinch. I have mine for 3 years now, great for what you want. Here is the link; http://www.shopinprivate.com/remelnoshair.html I got mine at Walmart
  3. They look like Stanford Balsa Baits to me.
  4. I love reading remarks about age and experience from young folks, reminds me of when I knew everything by the time I was 19 and then realized how little I knew when I hit 30. Now that I am knocking on 60, I realize how much more there is to learn.

Captain Louis Renault What in heaven's name brought you to Casablanca? Rick Blaine My health. I came to Casablanca for the waters. Captain Louis Renault The waters? What waters? We're in the desert! Rick Blaine I was misinformed. WHY I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!
  6. Hey Fellas: Sunday finds me back at work, after an incredible week back home in Brooklyn! Elaine had a long and detailed Honey Do List , topped off with spray washing the paint off the pool deck. It took 2 days with a power washer, her grandson is taking care of some screw replacements and in 2 weeks we will repaint it and open the pool. It gets harder and harder leaving Brooklyn and coming back to PA, a little over a year to go and this Will finally be over.
  7. They are still there. Go to Clearance, fresh water fishing, then reels, then bait cast, on the left hand side there are several reels in a box, one of them is the old extreme. They have been on sale for about 4 or 5 weeks now. Like I said the lefties are up now, same as a couple of weeks ago, then they put up different models in right. There have been a lot of used ones on the flea market here for the same 40 as a new one is currently going for.
  8. I still use Arbogast Jittersticks,MudBugs and Jitterbugs Rapala Orginal Floters and Jointed Mann's Jelly Worms Heddon Hellbenders They all still catch a lot of bass, so I keep using them
  9. On the BPS Site. They have 4 lefties currently but have been switching up clearance every 9 or 10 days.
  10. Thanks to Both George and Roger! Roger fished with Moses the first year Greewood Lake was up and running! He's seen it go from drop lines to spears and then rods and reels
  11. Way to go Mr.Francho, thanks excellent pics! 8-)
  12. I will give those a shot too! How do you use them?
  13. Here ya go DAN; Works great, no lighter fluid for me either. Some newpaper or balled up waste paper of anytype and you stack your charcoal over it. It cost me all of 15 bucks a few years ago, made by Weber.
  14. Success has all to do with water time, not book time. There are a lot of 'knowledgeable" basser's here that would get their butts kicked because they are all about regurgitating what they read from books, and not how they fish. T I get more out of a CRESTLINER or FISH FSH DOLLARS and CATT posts than many of the pro and big bass posts here. I wonder how many of the older pros, fish tournies as part of their contractual agreements with both their sponsors and the Tourny trails tehy represent? Even the oldest and hardest playing Baseball players soner or later loose their competative desire and edge, I would guess this would be the case with any pro sport's man.
  15. Great goin Mike and with fine company, who could ask for more? 8-)
  16. Great reel at that price, it was a great reel at 79 bucks.
  17. This is good to know. Many years ago, hen they were just a small black and white catalog , I used them. When they went from NetCraft to Janns Netcraft I had back to back shipping problems and stopped using them. I may give them another go now
  18. Charcoal, Elaine has a big and expensive gas grill :-X anyways we have been talking about getting a charcoal grill with a side smoking compartment ;D
  19. Going back to anywhere is a waste of time.Everything that was supposed to happen, already did. I look at life in the day I am in, there is too much to miss, wanting to be somewhere else. I am a huge music fan, and I love and appreciate what has come before, I really prefer to see who's playing tonight and see whats goin on!
  20. We did when we went out>>>DOUBLED UP!!!!!!!!
  21. I fish nothing but Pfluegers, The Eschelon; in the long run, is a bad choice ,truth is the truth.Frame cracked on one and well the reel in general doesn't hold up well Right Now ffo.com has ABU's : reconditioned/warranted, my friend Dan has bought a few over the last 2 years ,for customers to use without any issues, all around 40 to 50 bucks BPS: Has the older EXTREME Models ( RH going back up during the week) in LH for 40bucks both of these choices are excellent deals with reels that will give you good service.
  22. *** 5 inch wacky or Trigged/weightless have brought me many, many multiple fish (over 10) days,by far and frequently.
