I am a FLOOGER MOOK, but the truth is the truth unless you buy; Patriarch,Summit,President,Asaro or a Trion, you are apt to either be disappointed or once you learn step up to one of those other reels instead. I would much rather a used Trion( I bought all mine used and in great condition for 45 bucks off the flea market here) than any of the Purists,Criterion or Echelon models.

He is excellent at what he does. I wish he would try to move away from the Frank Sinatra imitation, he is great on his own right, I mean really great. There was only one Frank Sinatra and IMHO a song or two acknowledging a mentor should suffice. You and your wife are in for a wonderful show none the less ENJOY and put up a review.

JUMP ALL OVER THOSE HMX'S and HMG's Among the best value out there. at half price that's a great deal. I have used them for years with great results and not one issue. There will be guys hawking other rods,because the give a life time warranty, which is good, but then again when the rod breaks you can't fish with a warranty, especially when they get wet ;D I have never had a Fenwick break or not perform , never not once.

Just for clarification I DID CALL , an I never spoke to anyone named Joe so and so . According to the NASSAU COUNTY and VALLEY STREAM POLICE DEPARTMENTS AND DA"S OFFICES INVOLVED NO ONE FROM OUT OF THE JUSITICTION HAS BEEN ASKED TO OR IS HELPING ON THIS CASE. In case you have not figured it completely out, someone very close to me, a family member, in fact two are long time police officers( 27yr Sargent and a 30 + Year Detective 2nd Grade) and I had them check. Since I know them to be truthful and they were the source of the questions I posted I will go with what they have to say.

Let's try and get a few things straight; Dicks has reels that say : Made for Dicks by Pflueger, or Dicks Exclusive and on the label it says ( by Licence from Pflueger) so if Dicks has a well know relationship with Pflueger and Acknowledges this HOW IS THIS ILLEGAL? They make different colors to ID the exclusive as being sold by Dicks, and they want to sell those house brands because the profit margin is greater and they want to have call back and loyal customers searching out those brand names.

how would you know if you have a store exclusive or not? Go to this site; Pflueger.com they give pics, exact details and specs of all their reels. Dick's does re-brand some Pflueger Products they will be mostly gold in color , have a different name of they will say Manufactured or Designed by Pflueger for Dick's Sporting . Do not worry, some folks around here are not really up on his Pflueger vs Dicks products I have bought countless of BPS products, which were probably made at the same site the Pfluegers were made at, the share similar parts, my fishing partner does the same with Dicks, neither of us has had a problem with any of the house reels or Pfluegers, and this comes from actual experience.
