Hawgtech Customer Service Is Spot On And The New Swept Handles Look Great (Pics)
Yes they do. I have 7 or 8 of the original handles. I was able to work with Mike on a couple issues with reels they hadn't tested yet. The discount was more than generous and the service was great. I'd be on the swept handles except that would require my buying more reels.

Hmmmm Mcdonald's Wings!!
Darn sparky's touching things they shouldn't. Go pull some wire and let the pros handle the rest. Most restaurants kitchens have a lot to be desired. I've worked in them for over 15 years, from mom and pop to national chains, from $2 hot dogs to $100 a plate joints. The cleanliness, and maintenance of a kitchen is 100% directly related to the management. The biggest problem with commercial kitchen upkeep is it removes money from the managements pocket. Most receive bonuses based on P&L, and next to labor and food costs, maintenance and repair is the largest chunk of money restaurants spend. Another issue with corporate restaurants, is the managers juggle their budgets around. They spend all their annual budget when they have it and as the fiscal year comes to an end equipment is neglected because there is no money left. Corporate owned fast food chains are probably the cleanest of the bunch and Chinese, the dirtiest. I've probably said too much. Bon Appetite

Filet Knives And Filet Techniques
So, I've been using the Rapala wooden handled filet knives since I was a kid, and just running the blade along the bones while pulling the meat away, for a 99.9% boneless filet . As I'm getting older, I am starting to dread cleaning fish, especially if I have a ton of crappies or gills. Are the electric filet knives any good? I've also seen ads for a Bubba Blade. Is this knife any good? Can I get all the meat off a fish and a boneless filet using either of these knives? Can I use the electric knife on panfish or do the fish need to be larger? It seems I would just cut thru all the bones, remove the filet and then cut out the ribcage, correct? Any suggestions on electric knife brands to look at or stay away from? Thanks

Tournament Rules
I think ours is 100' of an anchored opponent. I had a guy try and pull that crap on me a couple years back. I was trolling up the shoreline about 100' from him. I picked up a bass and he immediately put down his anchor, pulled up his trolling motor and told me to be on my way because it was against club rules to be fishing within so many feet of an anchored boat. I have mixed feelings about the guy. I've learned over the years, he's a real tool and likes to manipulate the rules, but one day during practice I broke down and he lent me a hand getting running again.

Humminbird Or Lowrance?
Doesn't matter what we like, it matters what you like. I bought HB units because I thought they were more user friendly. If you've got a big box store near you, go in and play around with both units and see which you like better.
