anyone fish this side of the lake? im looking for the hots spots. if anyone knows of any please let me know. i will be staying up there for a weekend in september and will have access to a 16' aluminum boat(sea nymph) with a 28hp outboard. looking mostly for lmb and smb. thanks in advance.

got out to lake winipisauki(?) today for a few hours in moultonborough(?). me and my neibor are going to be doing some cottage repairs in exchange for a weekend at the cottage. anyways, we had no clues where to start but we hit a couple isalnds and some spots with tall grass in the water and altogether we caught around 14 fish. i caught the biggest bass(1.7) and the biggest pickeral(1.7). my neighbor caught the most fish(6) and the lady who owns the cottage's son caught 4. the top guide was chipped on his rod and he lost the first 4 fish due to it cutting the line. this was more of a search mission using spinnerbaits, but we will be heading out for a weekend soon. it anybody knows where the big fish are on the north side of the lake please post and let me know.

call them and they'll send you a couple for free. they sent me two for my wifes diawa crossfire no questions asked. this reel was only $25. is yours still under warenty? this seems like a cvommon problem with thier products.

went out to robinson pond with the wife a couple times this week and caught a bunch of small bass. i never relized how much weeds are in there. we went from 6:30 to 8:30 both times and all fish were caught on or near structure. acording to my fishfinder they are even out in the middle. one thing we noticed is the mosquitos wake up hungry around 8:15 every night.

got out from 8am to 12 with my father inlaw today and caught about 20 fish between the two of us. six of them were pickeral and my f.i.l. caught a big one. most of the bass were around a pound but we did manage a few 1.8 and 1.12's. he caught most of his on a mepps spinner and i caught all of mine on rubber worms. it was a good day.

me and my wife have both done really well at mill pond. we caught these two in april. wife caught hers from the shore. the canal can be productive too before the millfoil grows in. weve also had some luck shorefishing lake masabesic in auburn, the nashua river and merimack river. your best bet is to beg, borrow or steal a boat, canue, kyak or raft. theres always a good deal on craigslist. the only shorefishing i do now is when i have bass withdrawels and i cant find anyone to help load my boat. good luck.

got out to flints pond for a couple of hours yesterday with unhbass. i caught a couple pickeral and a bass. the fishing was slow for unhbass at first, but he figured it out and caught around 6 or 7 bass. nothing big but they had big bellies. the launch overgrown so you need to padle to get out.

beaverlake sucks imo. try fishing the merimack where the nashua river dumps in behind the skatepark. wear boots or be prepared to fall on your toe. i caught a smallie there earlyer this week on a spinnerbait. if you have access to a boat with a motor you can put in the merimack behing kirpatrics(or shore fish there.) we caught most of ours up towards merrimack/litchfeild. there are alot of rocks so dont throw anything too expensive, you might not get it back. i did better than my neibor who was using rubber worms. also, the 20# carp in the latest hawkeye was caught under the hudson/nashua bridge. good luck.

went out to the merrimack river this evening with my neighbor and caught around 10 smallmouth bass. most on a spinnerbait. nothing over a pound, but a good time anyways.

cool. no stripe and he was kind of bland colored. theres tons of smallies in the merimack. last year i was fishing with my neibor below the d**n behing margarita's and he swore we were catching smallies. ive never seen any above this d**n.

is this a smallmouth or a real ugly largemouth? caught him at the mouth of the nashua river.

made it out for a few hour tonight on big island pond in derry with my neibor. we each caught 3 bass. i caught the biggest, weighing 2.9# on a jitterbug.

wasnt me. i drive a red olds and a white hyundi.

ive been once since that night i caught one on the torpedo. i can see the fish jumping but they never seem interested in what im throwing.

thanks. me and unhbass got out again for a few hours this morning until it started raining. the fishing was real slow but we each managed a 3+ pounder. altogether ide say we caught about 12 fish. unh also caught a 2+ pounder.

got out for a few hours after work with unhbass and we each caught a boatload of bass. we each caught a couple two+ pounders along with at least another 25 bass a peice weighting a pound or less. i got lucky and caught a 4.10#'er. this has to be one of the best fishing trips ive ever had. thanks again to unhbass for braving the rain. sorry i got us lost on the way back.

weve been using it for over a year with our spinning reals and love it. we have never lost a fish from the line breaking. we fish alot of pads and milfoil and it would actualy straighten the hook before the line broke if we got snaged. we tried fireline before but like this better. we always use swivels and have only had a couple issues with line twist tangles.

didnt weigh him but he was definetly over a pound and a half. fish were jumping everywhere but i couldnt get there interest for the most part. i hate shore fishing.
