If i see one more lure company knock of the color, i am going to have a mental break down. I mean the color is good, but give it a rest.

my favorite way is to fish around creek channel bends in 40 to 70 ft of water. You can catch around 70 on a good day. Thats for spotted bass though, i don't use it much for largemouth.

I used to throw the zoom split tail trailer and my dad asked me why don't you use a trailer any more. I told him, i really don't know. I just stopped using it. it has been so long since i used trailers i can't remember if i caught more fish with em' or not. Any advice?

I have been fishing spinnerbaits for a long time now and i just don't see paying alot of money for one. I know Lucky Craft has come out with one that cost $14. Thats just ridiculous. I have fished terminator, boo-yah, war-eagle, hawg caller, etc. I never really whacked the bass on any of them. I bought a spinnebait at a local tacke shop one day for $1.99, and it was the best spinnerbait i have ever used. I don't know why? Do you?

Has anyone used these rods. If so how are they. I am going to be fishing shallow cranks in 2-6 ft of water. Think a 7ft med action would work or do i need to fish a med-heavy.

get the berkley %100 flouro. its awsome. I started throwing it last year and have only had one bass break off. I was bed one day with 15lb test and caught 20 bass all over 3 pounds and never retied.

Yesterday on the water i broke my favorite cranking rod. I was wondering if there are any good cranking rods at walmart for a pretty low price. I need one to get me by while i save up for one like i had.

I say if a bass is going to hit the lure than he is going to hit the lure no matter what color hook you have. The only time i use a red hook is on topwater baits like a sammy or spook.

I can't see the 42lbs either, but thats what he said. Supposedly the big one weighed 11.3lbs. The bass don't look that long to me, but they do have some shoulders on em'. Either way it is still alot bigger sack than i have ever caught. I figure he had around 30 pounds.

Has anyone done well on these baits. What is the best color and size. I don't use lipless cranks alot but i plan on starting. I have seen the aruku shad wear the bass out on fishing universtiy and the scott martin challenge.

I have about 15 spinnerbaits that have gotten rust and some kind of hard green stuff on them and i can't get it off. Does any one know of any solvent or cleaner that will make the blades like new.

I have noticed that many people are using the pb&j color for football jigs. I have never used them because i have always liked the green pumpkin hues. Which one is better?

I started making jigs a while back, but im pretty sure im doing it the hard way lol. I take a clamp spreader and thread the skirts through it which take forever. I want to learn how to tie them with wire because the rubber skirt holder pulls down off the barb sometimes. So how do you tie a jig with wire. Do you need a special tool? ;

Can a dinged up prop affect a bass boat's performance. I hit a sandbar a while back and the prop has some rough spotts and a few tiny chunks off it. I didn't get a GPS until a couple of months ago, so i don't know if the boat was running this slow before i hit the sandbar or not.

Is anybody whacking the fish on these things? I take one every time i go but never do any good on them. The only two fish ive caught have been a 4lb largemouth and a 15lb striper. I thought these things were good for spotted bass but cant catch them.

I don't know a lot about jig fishing. I pair my jig with a zoom super chunk or super chunk jr everytime i throw a jig. Am i missing out on a lot of bass by throwing these. Whats the best trailers for jigs and when should i use em.

The only thing ive caught are stumps. With any new color it will work well for a while, but when everybody on the lake has one, im sure the bass are use to seeing it.

I love balsa crankbaits more so than plastic ones. Only drawback is balsa will break easily. The best plastic flat side is the bandit flat maxx. They are cheap and catch tones of fish. The best color in the maxx is the threadfin shad.

Anyone know which jig is best? I have used both of them but find that i catch more on the silicone jig but bigger fish on the rubber jigs. Does one work better depending on time of year or water color?

I bought one of the Shimano cumara rods and all i can say is wow!!! It is so light and sensitive and doesnt cost $300 like the gloomis. I have a a couple of gloomis rods but i will never go back to them after using the cumara.

I have a 2002 Ranger 520VX with a merc 225 optimax. It has a 25p tempest prop. I can only get around 63 mph on topend and it will only turn around 5100-5300 rpms. I don't have a clue what to do. Any advice would be helpful.
