I recently received a 6" Medium spinning rod as a gift. What techniques are y'all using this size for? I was given the receipt and was told that I could go exchange it if there was a different one I was after, but I prefer not to take it back if this would work for a specific technique. Thanks

They make a Silent Rat-L-Trap. I've never used it, but the original ones always produce, so I figure they couldn't have made a bad product.

I've owned three pairs. The last two I've found good deals on ebay and they were brand new. But you can buy them at most of the outdoor stores; Academy, BPS, Dicks. Try on a few pairs and find the ones that fit you best.
