I don't think it would hurt if you picked up some square-bill crankbaits and some Senkos.
  2. I think Stren makes a Sonic braid that is Hi-Vis Yellow.
  3. Hey Culln5, did you get that bass at Jordan?
  4. Sounds to me like you picked yourself up a pretty good combo.
  5. I usually fish every weekend with my dad from March to late October or early November. Then on weekdays I might occasionally go to my grandma's pond.
  6. All of my fish have came off this one creek channel ledge in 12-15 FOW on a Carolina rig.
  7. Panthers: 9-7 (Honestly though, a winning record would be fine with me)
  8. Thats what I was going to say!!!! Great cell phone!!!!!!! Great fish!!!!!!!
  9. Not sure if it was a Alligator or a Crocodile, but at this golf course my dad plays at at the beach there was a report that one of those things ate this guy's dog. My dad has also occasional seen one while playing. (The course is right next to a salt marsh)
  10. I use Eagle Claw snelled hooks all the time when I am bottom fishing in saltwater.
  11. This is my first year that I think I am pretty good at fishing. I have learned so much new stuff it's crazy. Some examples would include: 1. Drop-shot 2. Carolina rig 3. Jig (not fully satisfied yet but getting there) 4. Shakey head (just like the jig, not fully satisfied but I am definitly better than I was before)
  12. Ah yes, I forgot to mention those. They work pretty good for me also, but they are a tad to small for my liking.
  13. Yep. My Gander has got Sweet Beavers for $1.50
  14. Try the Zoom E2 Shallow Crankbait and the Rapala DT Fat.
  15. Maybe try flourocarbon since it doesn't have much stretch?
  16. X2. There couldn't be a better place. Had my heart surgery there with absolutely zero issues. I will pray for you at church this Sunday. Get well soon.
  17. X2. That is an awesome feature. It really enhances the sensitivity compared to my other spinning rods.

I used to be a fan of Booyah jigs until I discovered Jewel jigs. My favorite Jewel jig is the Eakin's jig in Green Gourd color. For weight usually 7/16 oz. For trailers, I usually go with Rage Tail Craws, Twin-Tail grubs, and Flappin' Hogs on occasion.
  19. If you think about it there is really only about 200 active members.
  20. Shimano Compre. FANTASTIC rod for $100.00.
  21. It's VERY popular during the summer. I have never done it though.
  22. It has the shape of Vertical lures flipping jig. http://www.***.com/descpageVLJIGS-VLJX.html I think you put the end of the line through the hole in the top of the weight and then tie your knot to the the eye behind the jighead.
