  1. Mine is a gold with black and white fleck senko and a Rapala DT 3 firetiger crankbait.
  2. Shearon Harris is a big bass lake. You should use big lures if you want a big fish. Also it has a lot of grasses so flipping and pitchin wouldn't be bad either. One last thing, I would also try slow rolling a spinnerbait and running a shallow crankbait as well.
  3. While I am sitting here watching the Carolina game I thought this would be a good thread. So which do you perfer a lure made by a big name company like Strike King or Bomber, or do you perfer a lure made by a small name company like Bass Snacks or ***? Since I know that *** has the best prices in bass fishing act like the lures are free.
  4. I like to fish stumps with a Revenge Flip jig and crawfish type trailer.
  5. I believe that you have a little bit of everything you just describe to even consider being a pro.
  6. I really like anything Quantum but Shimano's and Diawa's are not bad either.
  7. My most productive color choices are: 1. Lunker Lure 1/4 oz. Black 2. Lunker Lure 1/4 oz. White 3. Lunker Lure 1/4 oz. Chartreuse (In that order)
  8. I agree with you Aaron I also like the Rattlin Rapala's, Red Eye Shads, and Bill Lewis Rattle Traps.
  9. Yeah it was really cloudy but like I said it never rained on us.
  10. I also like to fish spinnerbaits in the wind no matter how strong it may be.
  11. I also thought the Magic Swimmers sank?????
  12. I agree with Crestliner they would be excellent drop shot baits.
  13. I agree that you do not need them really need around grass or wood but it also wouldn't hurt to use them there to catch you that 1 extra fish you need to win the tournament.
  14. Welcome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  15. Acculatly it didn't rain a drop on us last saturday.
  16. I fish sometimes off the coast of NC and I got 1 that looked like a Electric Chicken color. I haven't caught anything on them yet, but then again I haven't fished them a lot. BTW post this in the Other Fish Species section and you might get more replies.
  17. I would have to say: 1. Firetiger 2. Blue back lighter color belly 3. Sexy Shad 4. Crawfish color or something red 5. Any other color you want
  18. I also saw something like that. The name escapes me now, but if I remeber I will post it.
  19. I would pick NC. Even though it snows down here a little bit I think the weather would present some pretty good scenarios to you to try and figure out, because we can have 110 degree summers and 10 degree winters. Also we have a lot of different species from SM to LM even walleye. But thats just my opinion.
  20. V & M 14"
  21. Use some of the weighted wacky jigheads to get deeper. As for catching bigger fish I haven't fished Senkos a lot. I just have got more confidence in other baits.
  22. I love to use those on a Shakey Head!!!!!!!!!!! Thats all I use them on though. They might be good for a drop shot you never know!!!!!!!!!!!
  23. Don't much about camping but the fishing should be good. I would try fishing points with carolina rigged lizards and maybe try flipping and pitching depending on how high the water is.
