You know, you just may be onto something. I looked over the bilge area again and found a small circle shaped thing with a single hose coming from it. Could this be it? I always thought it was something to do with the bilge pump. There is definitely nothing outside the boat.

Hey all! I just bought another bass boat a couple months ago and have a small issue. The boat came with new Humming Bird 100 SX fish finders. I want to upgrade to a couple of Lowrance units this week. The one on the bow has the transducer mounted on the trolling motor but the one at the steering wheel has no transducer that i can find! The boat use to have one of those old dash mount flasher depth finders. I have searched everywhere and cannot find a transducer for it. It works fine but i don't know how. Could it be hooked to the front transducer as well? Is there anything i am missing?

My PB so far is 9lb 11oz caught last year. Since i have a trip booked with George Welcome to the Marsh next month, i will say double digit for sure.

A few of the campground lakes i fish have big expensive bass boats in this same way. I didn't pay for them and it hurts me to see stuff like that. One that comes to mind is a Nitro Z-7 that is never used, just sits in the water. It has about 3" of leaves in it along with grime and filth everywhere!

Me and some friends went out on the lake today and caught 16 out of the 22 total bass on topwater. Mainly flukes, senkos and Rage Toads. I know, i know, i live in Fl.

Years back i got "burnt out" on fishing and quit, kind of. I got deep into modifying cars and drag racing at the local track. That lasted a couple years until i just could not stay away from water anymore. I bought my first bass boat and got right back into it. There is NO bank access anywhere near me and i think that was what was getting to me. Once i got a boat and actually had access to water i was "hooked".
