  1. Terry Oldham's jigs are the best for fishing in Heavy Grass, equipped with super strong Gamakatsu hooks, premium silicone skirts, and Oldham's Screw-Lock system allows you to fish all day using just one or two trailers. This is the jig that's been winning all the money on Texas lakes with deep grass.
  2. Dude you paying Airfare then I'm in
  3. I agree with justfishin what you are describing is not much of a front; you state it's been raining on and off for 3 or 4 days thus allowing the bass to adjust. As long as there isn't any drastic temperature drops over a short period of time or extreme high pressure over a short period of time I wouldn't worry too much.
  4. Ok I found the web link, lady when you gonna hit the tournament trail?

  8. Humminbird® Fishfinder 535 $138.63 at Academy 320 vertical pixel x 320H ultra high contrast 5" LCD with 12 level grayscale. Precision 20 degree single beam sonar delivers better bottom detail. 2000 watt peak-to-peak power output.
  9. I don't want to sound like a broken record but bass located on deep water structure are less affected by frontal conditions so I would be sitting in the middle of it.

  19. Recently when I saw a coworker trying to show a customer how to tie a Palomar I didn't know there was another way, I always threaded the end through both ways. When I showed them both all they could say was Duh :-?
  20. This goes against every thing you hear about night fishing, everyone says to use dark colors. Ring Rascal has a color called Starry Night; it is dark smoke on top, clear smoke on the bottom with lots of silver glitter in the clear. I use white during late pre-spawn to spawn when bass are on beds because it has better contrast so these old eyes can tell when I get bit.
  21. Question #1: one could worry about what might be but one must keep in mind that not all fish are doing the same thing at the same time. Question #2: I call it finding a rhythm, some times its fast aggressive hops, some times its slow deliberate hops, & some times is dead sticking.
  22. You flip & pitch sitting the same way you do when you're standing
