  1. lets be real here, you got rode by a witch one of the local bigfoot was checking yall out
  2. umm yeah, theres no way to fake the video i posted, that really happened. it may be scripted as to he is going to win, and somewhat how the match flows, along with prewritten promos, but those guys take some real bumps. and sure, some of the moves arent as they look, but botch the wrong thing and youre going to have some serious injuries. so yeah, part of it is scripted, but when a guy gets body slammed he actually gets body slammed
  3. i dont buy nothing too expensive or really have a lure im in love with. I go fishing with the idea that if i cast it out its possible i could lose it, if i lose it oh well...
  4. already mentioned, but that does look like a hoglegged sized blunt though lol. also, wish i had some decent private property i could hike around on. always loved just walking around in the woods exploring. agreed that winter is best time for it. everything is opened up and easier to navigate. plus no snakes or spiders and their webs. i could go to my uncles farm, but most of the woods are going uphill up a mountain side, lots of loose rocks too. and so far up you come to a fence that the government doesnt want you hanging out around. hang out too long and theyll detain and question you. some sort of govt facility inside the mountain up there. ive heard military communications site. all but a little shed are blocked off on google maps with fake trees overlayed in the image, but some nights you can see the whole mountain lit up like crazy. the road up there has an AT&T sign where you pull in off the main highway. next time he does it, park your vehicle in front of his house
  5. I cant even begin to emphasize how important stretching is before ANY physical activity. I usually stretch before i do anything thats going to work my body and muscles. stretching can help to prevent injuries. and also stretching prevents a lot of aches and pains one may get when they finally relax at the end of the day after doing physical activities. odd thing for me though. my wrists are sore a lot, but once i start fishing all that goes away. same for my back. i can stand around for an hour just talking with someone and my back will start killing me, let me stand around for hours fishing and im just fine with no pain...i cant explain it
  6. Whatever works for you, but i disagree with this statement. how does one even begin to learn to better themselves at something without past experiences to draw from? and if my memory tells me a spot was productive, then to me its worth going back and fishing again. ------- i honestly dont know that i learned or got better at anything this year lol i didnt really get to go fishing as much as usual, between attending my neices wedding and some of my cousins VW Drag Races i didnt have as much time
  7. one of the best things ive ever seen in wrestling, kalisto hitting the salida del sol off the top of a ladder into and through another ladder. those dudes were out for awhile after that if i recall correctly. kalisto even got a reign as the US Champion after that

you mustve missed the part where i said i didnt know if stand you ground was applicable in this case. but if you dont think law enforcement is looking at all possibilities in this case, including stand your ground, then i think thats a bit naive on your part. it was even mentioned by law enforcement themselves. also, i stand by my other comments as well. im not going to sit here and argue with you about this anymore. as you dont seem to understand that im mostly just sharing information ive read in the media, and ive said that all along, yet you keep wanting to attribute it all to me. i dont see you sharing anything relevant to the case yourself...
  9. john mara are always starting trouble for other teams, even when no rules are broken. i'd love to punch that guy in the face. going back to the cap penalties for the redskins and cowboys. League said the teams done nothing wrong in the uncapped year yet still punished both teams because mara wanted it and was pushed by eagles owner lurie behind the scenes, at the same time ignoring other teams who put big bonuses in the uncapped year. mara, as head of the nfl management council, only cared about punishing the two teams in his division who posed a direct threat to his team...hate that guy and have no respect for him Romos contract, currently as it is, is a salary cap nightmare. why do you think jerry jones was saying he hoped he could talk romo in to sticking around another year? because unless romo restructures and takes a huge pay cut then the dead cap money from trading him or cutting him will go on dallas salary cap. they could use the june 1st rule and split the cap hit up, but even then its still a large chunk of cap devoted to a player no longer on your team...his contract almost makes him untradeable from a cap stand point, id look for him to restructure to facilitate a trade so he can go elsewhere and get a starting job. he basically has dallas over a barrel due to all the contract restructures to create cap space in past years and push it into future years...
  10. the split shots affect the slow rate of fall that bluegill seem to love. not saying they wont hit it, but it defeats the purpose of having a slow fall
  11. ive never seen such a fuss made over a little dab of excess glue. knock it off and go fishing for crying out loud

its a lot easier when you have a law that enables one to shoot another person knowing the law will protect them
  13. I currently am subscribed to WWE Network. Lots of old video and stuff on there, all the old PPVs, also WCW and ECW video catalogs, new shows, and all of the new PPVs every month, which is like every two weeks now since RAW and Smackdown are separate shows. $9.99 a month isnt bad for all of that, especially since it includes the PPVs. so much better than paying like $50 a month to order it on cable, which i dont have cable, i have directv which no longer carries the PPVs since WWE Network started. Hooked my computer up to my tv like a dual monitor and can watch the PPVs on the big screen

Its not my intentions to argue either, im just debating, no malicious intent here, if i came off that way i apologize, i just didnt want this to turn into a political debate about a news networks beliefs on gun control, PFT is a site i frequent and therefore im using them as a source. As for the statement above, im not sure if you read the article, or even the headline in the link to the article, but thats why i posted the PFT thought that the stand your ground law could be a factor, and makes it easier to get away with blatant murder. The only personal thought of mine in what you quoted there was that i myself am not sure if the law is applicable or not. I do tend to agree with PFTs take though. And i will explain why. In the McKnight case there are witnesses that can help corroborate what may have happened(if they tell the truth, and not multiple different stories as reported). In this case it can help law enforcement conducting the investigation help determine if the law is applicable or not, as the shooter has claimed he felt threatened and it was self defense. Now heres why i tend to agree with PFT(who was just speculating to begin with) and the idea that it actually is possible to use that law to get away with blatant murder. If there are no witnesses around, you can murder someone outright, plant a knife in their hand or by their body, claim they came at you, you were in fear of getting stabbed/cut up, so you stood your ground and justifiably defended yourself and shot and killed them. In Louisiana's case, courts and jurys cant hold it against you that you just didnt run to safety. How is anyone going to know if youre lying or not? An investigation may not be able to prove a person is lying in my scenario. To me, it seems the law has a few loopholes, and any scrutinization of it is justified...

I havent really stated any personal opinion i may have in this thread. I'm just adding to the details as they come out. As far as what certain news outlets may believe in, thats not what this is about or what im making it about, its what you seem to be making it about though. PFT is a football source i read everyday, McKnight being a former football player, theyre covering the story. Mike Florio, the owner of PFT, and also a lawyer, is the one writing the information that i am passing on. He is not your typical NBC news anchor or reporter or writer or whatever. PFT is still his site and he still maintains full control over it despite it being hosted on NBC. PFT cares about stuff related to football, he wouldnt be writing about it if some random joe shmoe was shot. He is also looking at it from all legal perspectives and possibilities. PFT is basically a blog, aside from breaking an occasional football story, almost all of their articles are based on stuff they gather from other media covering the story and they credit them with a link. PFT sources are not strictly from NBC. I explained most of this above, i dont know what youre not getting. If you want to make this into a debate about a news networks political stance on gun control, then the mods might as well shut this thread down right now. If you want to talk about Joe McKnights shooting death, then please stick to that and the facts being reported. There are other news outlets you can go to for information if you choose not to believe the facts that PFT are reporting(that theyre getting from other news outlets as well). So anyways, the stand your ground thing is a relevant part of the investigation. If not investigated, then how do you know if that law is applicable in this case or not? It was simply stated that it could possibly come into play by PFT, never that it was the actual case one way or the other. Also, now there is going to be a third autopsy conducted on McKnights body to gain further information. Stuff like the angle the shots were fired from, McKnights position and distance in relation to the vehicle the shots were fired from when they were fired, and other forensic type stuff like that. Louisiana's laws probably makes this case more complicated than it has to be, yet at the same time may create a situation where a more complete investigation is needed...
  16. you can rectify it by trashing it and buying a pflueger on a serious note, you shimano guys are always having problems with your reels...
  17. ^^^^^this. although i cant speak for Daiwa's or the Purist. I have 2 presidents, a trion, and a supreme that all work great and have never given me any problems. ive always read mostly nothing but positive things about Pfluegers spinning reels. Shimano, i cant say the same thing, more threads pop up here than any other reels of people having problems with them. thats enough to keep me away...
  18. theyve beat up on the weak teams, done what they needed to do, sure. but lets not act like theyre beating elite teams and playing a 1st place schedule. and yes, they dont make their own schedule, but it still doesnt change the fact its full of weak opponents for the most part...

additional information: profootballtalk or PFT is basically just hosted on NBC Sports, sure they make money on it but thats not the point here. PFT couldnt handle the volume of traffic it gets on its own server, NBC offered to partner up with PFT owner, Mike Florio, to help fix said problems and make money of course. PFT, otherwise is still completely independent in what its able to post and write in its content, that was part of the deal when they partnered up. Also, owner Mike Florio is a lawyer himself, so i think he knows a little bit about the law and understands things better than most non-lawyers would. That being said, im also sure he has his own beliefs about guns. But moving on to this McKnight case and the stand your ground law, more info is now available. That law can be a problem in cases like this, also complicating matters and the law wanting to be fair and impartial, a former deputy in the department handling the investigation had a part in bringing up/raising McKnight, creating a supposed conflict of interest. The shooter has since been arrested on manslaughter charges. Also, you have one of the actual witnesses who told three different stories in one hour about what supposedly happened. Apparently, McKnight cut the shooter off, the shooter followed him, McKnight stopped and exited his vehicle, approached the shooters car and had some words, then got shot. Thats according to the department handling the investigation. How accurate that is, I cant say for sure, its just whats being reported, and some speculation from Florio of PFT, who suggests that the sheriff and his department may not be fit to properly handle the investigation. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2016/12/06/sheriff-explains-joe-mcknight-shooting-with-another-bizarre-press-conference/ im not sure what to make of all this myself, seems like there is more going on than has been reported so far...
  20. Pflueger President, hands down. 99% of the time you see a thread on here about someone having reel trouble, its a Shimano theyre having trouble with. Wouldnt think of spending my money on reels that seem to constantly have issues...

i too am guilty of turning the radio down when looking for an unfamiliar place and know that im close to it, it just seems like a natural reaction... I find and feel that im more distracted talking over the blue tooth in my car than i am if i just hold the phone up to my ear the old fashioned way...
  22. was putting a new reel on a new rod i just bought at BPS one day. ended up tightening the rod piece down too tight and splitting it, no way it would hold the reel after that. returned the rod the next week and they exchanged it no questions asked...
  23. yet you still have bad teams anyways. its a weak schedule no matter how you look at it.
  24. its not so hard when your schedule consists of the eagles(twice), bears, 49ers, bengals, struggling packers, browns, vikings, and bucs.
