you might make sure what all incidentals come with it too. Anchors? ropes?, life jackets? pole lights? does it have a horn? battey(s) and conditions. Make sure the livewell(s) work and need to know if the boat leaks or not prob know from the speed check but make sure.

Some of these posts are hilarious. Cart I'm not sure I followed yours totaly ( not sure anyone could lol) but I got the gerneral idea and it was pretty funny. I'm surprised their are not 50 postsers on here. Isn't the first step in a recovery "admitting you have a problem" ? lol I think their are MANY people on this forum still in the denial stage. As I keep hearing about Shimano, Diawa, Pflueger etc I find myself wanting them all just because for no real reason! Like a kid in a candy store I want one of these and one of those! How bad does it get to everyone else? It must be "bait-monkey itis" LOL I want to own and try them all Lures don't bother as much but reels and eventualy rods are a killer!

For a small hole like that the easiest thing I could think of is plumbers putty. I costs about $4 and is easy to put on. Once on it drys like a rock and can be sanded etc to make it look better. As far as aluminum goes I'm not sure you would have to make sure the stuff is campatible with Aliminum. I bought mine at Ace hardware you could get it at Lowes etc easily. Let us know what you decide and how it comes out.

I've got pro bss fishing ( 2003 version ) and I like it fine. When I bought it you could just download it online you didn't have to go out and find it. Rapala makes one as well I haven't played it enough to judge it. On m free time it seemed hard to figure out.

bought a pretty decent quality BC ( shimano Citica) and a BPS MH extreme and the problem solved itself! Can pretty much cast overhand as needed with no birdsnests.

I figured this had to be a silly question, oh well learn somethign new every day I guess. The no net makes for better tv for ESPN other than that it makes no sense.

I ended up buying a Citica off of a site member ( Hawgin). I've only had a chance to fish with it once but it does feel sweet. It feels "tight" like just feels like from very high precision which is good. I also noticed I had no birnests "0" man it realy makes a difference with a quality reel. I've got a BPS extreme coming from Hawgin too, can't wait to put the Citica on it and try them out together. I'll post in a week or so how it goes. For now though I couldn't be happier with it. Many people have written about Pflueger not just a few. Many people post without being able to form an un-biased opinion. I do not own the 2 exact reels that you mention. I due own a Pflueger and a Shimano spinning. Several friends have borrowed and have commented how smooth they both are which they are. In all fairness my Shimano reel has a fair amount of slop in the handle that the Pflueger has not and costs $20 more than the Shimano. It is too early to form an unbiased opinion in my case. I would also look at the quality and class / respect level of previous posts by various parties before you heed advice. Thanks for the review on the Trion. I read all opinions and enjoy the heads up that they afford me.

Senile - I don't care who hired the solicitors and for how much not my problem. If they call my house it is their job to have the info right. If Bass is not giving them the right info not my problem then they need to tell Bass not worth it. To call me 6 or 7 times after I already sent the money 6 mo's before is a hassle. I almost cancelled just to keep them from caling it got to be a pain.

It's almost comical I got a thing in the mail saying my BASS membership is almost ready to run out. Re-up now to save blah blah blah. I noticed last year too but my memberhship doesn't run out until november! I got a call a week later saying the price was going up or act now! Same exact tactic as last year. What are they going to do not take the price that thay just mailed me the coupon on? I hate to re-new as I did last year in June and they didn't recognize that I had until Nov. In the mean time they called me about 8 times. I told them several times to quit calling or I would ask for my money back. Mybye they figure if they try to drive you nuts you'll sign up for longer to give them no reason to call. If I didn't enjoy the magazine so much I'd cancel. Does anyone else have this problem?

There are a lot of serious catfisherman in my part of the country. The ones that seem to realy know what they are doing cary a big towel or rag. I holds down the fins and makes them not so slippery to hang on to. PS I hate the sob's they are always getting in the way of my bass fishing
