  1. Island- Can you post a picture of your "quiver"?
  2. Haha, like Thumpers mom used to say, "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all." I just watched bambi with my 4 year old. That's the only reason why I know that. How did you find the site. And I was talking to one of my customers who fits, he said, "I found this great website that gives away honey holes all the time! I don't even have to join!" I scoffed.
  3. dude, im in VA and have no idea what the hell a pawpaw is..
  4. Good call on hakim nicks. I forgot about him. Damnit, we gotta play him twice.
  5. Mare Boats of Aquia. dont know if theyre used or not. its right off RT 1 about 3 miles past courthouse road.
  6. he's paid $300 so far for it.. incredible find!
  7. good luck, bro. your spirit is in the right place, thats for sure. off topic, what the hell is an "official tackle junkie"? how does one get that title?

  9. I'm surprised that senkos were only mentioned once- Like most MY favorite and my wallets favorite is Zoom. And just got some *** trick sticks in.
  10. Damnit. Yea wayne I bought the size 2 after I saw your posts on thew wacky rigged. I thought I was getting the right hook.. So a size 2.. No good for any bass fishing.. I have a size 6/0 octopus.. Too big?
  11. Yea... RoadWarrior.. I think I've seen a couple of his posts.. Pretty knowledgable guy.. Have any of you other guys heard of this RW fellow?
  12. agreed, and im quite aware.... just a random comment on my part...... i dont like to be the food.... id rather catch it and by "bulls" you mean bull sharks..? you floridians are crazy. alligators, sharks, more snakes than up here... you guys are crazy, simply put.
  13. Difference is that hooks get smaller the higher the number and bigger the lower the number 1/0 is same as -1 (negative 1) and is bigger than a size one. ah, i think someone need to re-think the sizing schematics for new dude likes myself.
  14. i agree about knowshon, but i dont know about Beanie. he's injury prone, and on a team that doesnt depend on the running game that much. pick up bernard scott of the bengals. but dont tell anyone i told you.he should be available late in the draft, so if he's a bust you havent lost much. RB btw. slight character issues, though. huge sleeper. lock it up.
  15. http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_74181____SearchResults?ordProd=Y&CMID=BOTTOM_selectitems#itemDetail that is the hook it is... size 2. not 2/0- whats the difference? i'm assuming the size 2 is way to small...?
  16. hey man, PM with prices. i'm interested.
  17. i saw him returning punts last night. shocker, he broke a 54 yarder to put DA BEARS on the 4
  18. i have been throwing a lot of zoom finesse worms lately, and am having a hard time setting the hook. i have been rigging them weedless, wacky, with a size 2 octopus hook. (this has been for smallie fishing) what am i doing wrong? trying to set too early? too small of hook?
  19. Special teams; it's the closest thing to a gladiator style bout in modern day. Think about it, 21 250+ pound guys running at full speed to follow an oval shaped piece of leather. Player missing, the kicker. With the pressure on one man to find a hole and hit the crease with such force that he could knock down a small building, one would have to be a moron to attempt. Yet somehow, there are not shortages of 5th string wide receivers, 4th string linebackers and 3rd string tight ends to bust their *** to catch the eye of a head coach trying to figure out what had just happened. Whether it was a touchdown for, touchdown against, or the same with a field goal, a head coach probably isn't investing much of his time with special teams. It's arguably the most important aspect on the field, with the least amount of talent doing it. Face it, 90% of the guys on the field are expendable, can be replaced and will not be missed. Short of Devin Hester, of course. I find this style of combat intriguing, exhilarating, and all out amazing.
  20. I know this will sound cliche, but its fishing, not catching. I expect those moments. They actually happen more to me than catching, and I'm okay with it. Its a hobby, and for most of us its for fun, not pay. We choose to do and don't HAVE to try to catch the next monster. Not worth the frustration in my opinion.
  21. I just picked up the Brownng 360 Tackle bag from BPS. Its money.I can fit two rods on the back, and then I can still hold my fishin partners leash (my dumb dog). I find it a pain in the rear sometimes when my rods hit tree limbs and stuff.. Its good for wide open ponds.. Not so much for rivers other rough terrain places.
  22. Haven't heard of them. But you can't go wrong with a buy one get one deal. If its good you can keep two rods at one price, if not you can sell both at full price anð make some money. BOGO is always good, akways a plus plus.
  23. How would I get the trailer hook on? I'm unfamilar with this technique, but seems like it would work.
  24. Nice, man. There is a Troy University billboard near my house. I find it funny because we're 1,000 + miles from you guys.
