for all th abu guys... only reason i don't like revos is because the worm gear cover plate is so dang small that the nut is exposed and rubs on my fingers. funny thing is they changed this on the orra sx so i was hoping that they were going to fix it on the new revos but they did not. I have two curado 200e7s and they are ok. i have heard that abu is having some qc problems with there oem here in korea and have been sending there top guys lately at least once a month to get it fixed. clutch problems from what i hear. any way they are working on it so they do care.... i'm looking forward to the smoke release....... so sweet

The reel is a cheep Chinese mass produced reel that is all over Asia for any Joe Shmoe to put his name on... Yoshikawa is selling the same reel with 9 bearings for 70$ here in Korea It's not a BPS Reel. All the BPS Reels Extreme and higher are mad at the same OEM as the REVOs Do Yu, this is not a Do Yu reel.

I have had one thing that ticked me off. I have spent 0ver a grand there this year and i made a purchase of 97$ the morning they sent the memorial day sale email out which made me a little sick... so i asked by email if they could apply the sale to my order they said they could but I would have to call, not send an email. Yep, looked a lot like that. Granted I never did see a great picture of the bait. He kept it off camera a lot and they would show it in action on the water a few times. When they caught a bass, you could see a brief glimpse of it as they boated the fish. After that, he was throwing the bait into the water. After Erhler won the tournament, he showed some of the baits he used to win the tournament. The bait he used the most on screen was not shown or mentioned. first the spitin image does not spit....two the Top Dollar is 3"...it only comes in one size 3" it is the only bait on the market that does what you said it did

I've seen on several other forums people talking about how Skeet has left Abu and will reveal a knew reel at Icast. I have looked for the news online but can't find it can anyone help? or is this a rumor

ok this is going to sound a little cruel at first but we have rule on the lake i grew up on that states all green sun fish must be removed when caught. so we would cut them in half and throw them back in for the cats to eat.... well one day I was board and cut of every fin and then threw the little sucker back.... caught him again 3 months later no fins and all.... them little green suckers are tough

I see, good to know. so he is using the snap on the split ring to impart an action that was not there when the bait was engineered. hence "I prefer to use snaps on jerkbaits and crankbaits to increase lure action. I've found that line cinched to the split ring can inhibit the action on most hard baits." but if one were to remove the split ring and just used a snap it would have the same action as the split ring. anyone here fish these some what new Japanese cranks? just picked up a few here in SK. they are supposed to be the new big thing. over 20 bucks a pop but supposed to be better than mega-bass EG and LC. I know they are big on Fly hooks but am curious how their hard baits will stack up in the premium JDM world
