The spring sale is going now. Look at the GSX Tournament rods. They run, I think 60-80 bucks depending on model. Very nice rods for the money, also include a lifetime over the counter warranty and full cork or split grip, depending on what you prefer. The Tec Spec rods are pretty nice for the price too. I had a coupon last spring and picked one up. I don't use it often but its well built and seems reasonably sensitive. Beat me to it.

I'm not sure how good they are but the GSX at gander mountain are $79. They look and felt good when I was messing with them. (the blueish/purple looking one) They GSX tournament is 25% off. They're originally $99.

I never used Fireline but I do have the 832 right now. I have a hard time pitching jigs with it. I have to feed the jig line after my pitch to get it to fall straight. I bought it mainly to be use with rubber frogs anyways. Just it's still winter and my jig set up I have to get the reel service. It's winding up the line to the right side. Not sure what's the problem.

I never had to mess with mine. I just set my tension knob how I like it and leave my break on 4 or 5 and change that when needed. They're others who know allot more than me but I don't see why you need to mess with it. If there is I'll be glad to know why and how myself cause I never attempted to mess around with it.

I was raised around both breeds. Domestic and the fighters. I never owned nor would I attend to train it to fight. My brother's pit he foolishly trained his to fight so anytime you grab her by the collar she attacks my dog. other than that they got along. I even been bite by his dog not intentional but when and if my brother's get into a physical fist fight the dog would grab us by the leg and pull which one of us she has off. As soon as were separated she lets go and stops. I have a scar on my leg from her. I think my brother John does too. Unfortunately cause of our younger brother miss treatment she was later force to be put to sleep cause of the same kind of scenario at his dad's place when he moved there. All she was doing was trying to break a fight, cause she does let go and stop after your separated. Only downfall I have about them is they're hyper dogs and those tails of theirs. They very passionate dogs and will literally cry for the owners if they leave. Only problem we got around the place I'm out now is this chow here. It will attack my nieces little dog. But doesn't my moms or our poodle when we had her. But for my niece's dog that chow has left some nasty deep gashes in her.

You looking to only spend $600? Craiglist will be the way to only go if so. Out right brand new(in VA) I paid after all said and done $803 and some change for my tracker14 and that's just for a regular jon boat. The freight charge sucks, $68 I think I paid. I would just keep an eye out in craiglist and see what you can find. I came across some great deals in there. You might find them already decked how you want or just the boat for $100-$300 and you might just have to put some work in. My problem was when I had my money and ready to jump on a deal nothing was there which then I decided to buy new. Good luck with your search.

I love the color and your background looks like a great place to relax the mind. I could just just relax sitting on the rocks listening to the stream.

I tried to take my son out at that age and all he wanted to do is play in the water or run in the woods if near by. He loves the woods. I can't wait to take him camping when gets a little older. Here's mine. Tracker Topper 14. I did all the work to it. Took it today and did great besides battery dying. I'm impressed with the BPS Prowler 50 lb thrust motor. It really does get the job done.The boat was more steady than I thought too. Still trying to get use to the foot pedal and get my depth finder working properly. The pics date is wrong! I keep forgetting to set it on my camera. It's nothing fancy but........................ Just messing Fish Chris for me its a huge upgrade from my 11' sears jon boat. Sadly I caught nothing today not even a bite. It was nice to get out with my brother. My brother lost his only one right at the boat LOL!! Boy was he mad! Like I told him if I'm skunked he will be too!!

When I had my 11' boat, I mounted like a foot from the back seat to the side of boat up high as could go. Pain to see when trolling on opposite side of finder but thought that was best suited.

I don't know but I'm geared up ready to go. Just got some final touches to do on the boat and get the trailer ready.

Has anybody yet try this line out or know much about it eand if so what are your thoughts?

It Almost killed my mother. She was rushed by ambulance and had emergency surgery. They said if was driven by me or someone else it would have killed her. She was put on the colostomy bag for close to a year. They was able to reverse it and she no longer on it.

I just bought me a bow mount trolling motor and I'm not sure how to go about mounting it. Do you have to mount it with the motor center with the boat or can you mount it close to the side of the boat. Thanks in advance.

Wow either it's still nice. I just got me a Tracker 14. I'm doing some mods myself now. I got the deck carpeted but not on yet. I went and bought myself a 50lb thrust bow mount Prowler(hopefully good) and I have my 40lb thrust back mount just in case. Have you got the chance to take yours out yet? How does the front trolling motor act being near the side of boat cause I'm not sure how to mount mine. If placing it in the middle or like yours. Also how wide is your jon boat? just wondering if is like mine or wider? Mine I think is round 4' or so. I'm probably going the same route as the live well since I don't want to ripe out the styrofoam that's in the seats. Good luck and hope you enjoy it.

I could be wrong but last i heard you don't have to call no more just have to kill it. I know there is a few guys here who love to fish for them. They also love eating them.

From what I know AP hill does trout stocking. If have the trout permit it's $5 a day. I think 3 is the limit though. What about the pond by Kenmore park? I know it was a trout pond at one time. Don't they also stock lake Orange? At least that's what I heard last.
