  4. those are expensive lures thats a $60.00 bluegill
  5. fish it like a original senko, the action is different but you'll get it. 8-)
  6. with a canoe you can go into areas where big motor boats cant, just keep at it
  7. black, brown, use natural colors 8-)
  8. "kissing sound" under the weeds, what are we hearing? You might be right about the grass carp. I fished in asia and many species of fish from asia make a kiss sound out of water. Northern Snakehead during the spawn comes up on top of the water and a makes a kiss sound by moving water through its gills.
  9. When talking about C-rig, ;D
  10. i fish a similar area, your bass have been pressured with all those baits you listed then use baits that they never seen before. small channel around 1-3 feet deep, I caught 5lb bass in channels that deep. Fish the small channel.
  11. They sell them at Walmart for $1.80
  12. mattlures and castaic both catch fish, believe it.
  13. Carolina Lunker Sauce Megastike are the best so far...
  14. french fry was my first lure ;D I didnt now how to use it when i began fishing, but its a great lure, and is cheap.
  15. wacky rig is very very easy to use, but better than rigging it the normal way. You just catch more fish.
  16. go use them, I use rubbit frogs that work, i guess that cost is similar.
  17. Sam knows what he is talking about ;D I use the same senkos brush hogs creature baits. I have yet to catch anything on a lizzard.
  18. I guess using fish that are not native in your body of water works.
  19. Some food for thought: in my neck of the woods most bass have never seen a trout, they will never see a trout in their lifetime, why ? simply because where I live the only place where trout can survive is up in the sierra 7,000+ above sea level, so 99.9% of all bass have never seen a trout beacuse it 's warm water where trout can 't survive. One of my favorite and most productive color is rainbow trout and it 's productive because I like it. Choose the color you like or think it 's going to be the most productive, there are a lot of things more important than bait color, present it right in the right place and the fish will grab it. thanks Raul, i thought about using rainbow trout lure where i live, but i have warm water also where they cant survive. Thanks for tip. 8-)
  20. SkyChimp, all carp are minnows
  21. there has to be big bass there in order to catch a big fish. FISH CHRIS caught many big fish because he fishes in an area that has big fish. You might be using all the right bait, but just dont have big bass in that area. FISH CHRIS biggest fish broke many state records, at 18lber. My biggest bass was 13lber, but it takes alot of energy, time, what Low_Budget_Hookers said discipline, and many times luck.
  22. I caught a 18lb smallmouth buffalo fish trolling with rapala ;D
  23. My biggest common carp was 23lb on 15lb test, it was a great fish.
  24. Old zip lure, most fisherman dont use bladebaits. I caught brook and raibow trout, Largemouth bass, pike, crappie, perch, channel catfish, carp, and saltwater fish on this lure. sadly they dont make them anymore.
  25. you can use some eagle claw hooks, they are less weight then diiachi hooks. Your both right, since Megabass Lures are made in Japan its hard to find outside Katsuage hooks.
