Its a good idea but the lures can fall out of protector. It does protect your shirt.

everyone uses (bait wise), well thats a secret To get a feel for what everyone uses is pointless, most people dont use or have the same baits but productive colors would be pumkinseed for finesse worms and skin hooking your bait works.

best choice would be Pumpkinseed as my #1 color. 8-)

I believe braid line works best for summer months, in colder weather(spring,fall,winter) its not a good choice. I'd pick spiderwire braided line over berkley fireline anyday.

Its alot better to just stand up for me.

jigging is also one of my favorites, cranks, and spinnerbaits all work

T-rig bass jigs deep diving crankbaits

I trying to fish for some freshwater drum, I know that jigs work on them. Do other lures work for catching them instead of just using live bait?

I caught a channel catfish with a very small sucker mouth, it had all three spikes but its mouth was too small like a small sucker. It really had a body of channel catfish, with a small sucker mouth.

I caught many trout in Northeast form rainbow,brook. and brown. I didnt know if the same baits would work for trout deep in south.
