i recieved the tru tungsten swimbait for the christmas swap and tested the action the other day and these bad boys look good!!! just curious though, i didn't add any of the weights they come with so maybe thats my deal, but it sorta swims on its side. granted i understand these things are mimicking an injured shad so maybe this is on purpose? do they straighten up with weights added? how have you guys fished them? i got it on 10 pound test. thanks in advance

ive caught LM and hybrids with these, rigging them almost everyway possible. like road warrior said drop shot is an excellent presentation, also just rigged on a jighead if youre fishing in the open, and especially weightless. they really have the action of a dying shad rigged weightless. ive even caught one pulling it kinda fast across the surface. awesome baits. i always go with the fluke jr.

man thats rough. i often see people on the rez in my town hualin *** outside of channel markers cause they think they know the area so well, but i worry for them cause there are trees everywhere in that thing and hittin one just sorta peddlin along can jolt you pretty good.my prayers go out to these guys

ive fished with costa 580s and maui jims stingrays and the mauis are better for fishing IMO.

i'm in mississippi, thats pretty deep south.the lakes arent frozen and they're still not having it. i fished maticulously all weekend with not a bite. i'm going nuts. i cant wait till march but i have to. its like suffocating. bought a bunch of jigs for the winter. what a waste. i once picked up a handful of baby copperheads as a kid and played with them for 5 min without getting bit before pops freaked and slapped em out of my hands. also puttin quarters on the train tracks so the train would flatten em. and bouncing of the trampoline in a single bound landing on my head shoulda killed me, instead it just made me a numbskull

Its nuts, the effort they put into making that movie. i used to be a purest only liking what i grew up with, cartoons that were drawn by hand. but after seeing what it took to make that movie, i changed. such as everyone wearing a camera that recorded their face the entire time so they could computerize actual human facial movements, and wearing the suits with sensors reading the movements of their entire body, blows my mind :o

my pops taught me some basics like tying on and rigging a plastic worm, fishing it slow or reeling in a crankbait and such. that was pretty much all i needed to fall in love. it snoballed from there.articles and everyone here has helped speed the learning process up 90 to nothing. i'm forever grateful, first and foremost to my dad, and to everyone here as well. its like having another family here! :'(
