  3. Spinning Shimano Stradic 2500mgFA Baitcaster Shimano Chronarch 100B
  4. If you cannot find one that you like. PM me I have one that I have made using excel. Bud
  5. I have both. One 50MG and two 100B and both are find reels. I use the 50 mg on a med action rod throwing light cranks . I use one of the 100B on a 844C for jig. The other is on a CBR 903 for larger cranks. The only difference I see is the weight
  6. When I go crappie fishing I generally use 2 1/2 or 3 inch curley tail grubs in Chartreuse for I enjoy fish them. Just pack up and go no stopping at the bait shop to get minnows or keeping them alive. When we are running a crappie tournament and ask the top five spots what they was using 4 out of 5 will say minnows.

I got IE7 from Microsoft and no problem here.
  8. RW I have been told that minnows will work for BASS also. Don't know for sure just have been told that. Bud : ;D
  9. Don't kid yourself The SJR 782 will work for Cranks and be fairly good rod for them. The SJR 782 can be used for fishing minnow baits like the Long-A and Repala. The 782 is a very versatile spinning rod
  10. Sam Here you can get minnows at any bait house. They keep then year around. Crappie fishing here is BIG bussiness for the bait shops.
  11. RW Do they make any other kinds of reels other than ???????????????????????????????SHIMANO??????????????????????????????????????? ;D ;D ;D

I always use Joe claw Trailer on my jigs. I usually use one in the same color as the skirt. 99 percent of the time it is blue/black
  18. As a follow up to my post is whenevery I throw a hook of any kind away I take it to the grinder and grind the hook part off. I don't want anyone picking up a box or bag and getting a hook in the hand. I have been hook befor and believe me it not any fun.
  19. Bassnleo I fish Tubes 50% of the time on the water with Jig making up another 40% or so depending on the time of the year. I fish just about like you except I will yo-yo it some. I let the bait hit botton and sit for a few second depending on the water temp then with the rod tip pick it up a foot or so with a fairly quick montion and let fall back on a semi slack line. Similar to stroking a jig I have rigged it several ways and have found no difference in the numbers of bites or hook up. I usually use a internal style head and exposed hook rigged weedless. The color for me is anything watermemln or green pumpkin in 31/2 or 4 inch
  20. I don't sharpen my hook. I believe you can never get then as sharp as when new. No more than hooks cost it is not worth it.
  21. Here on Ky Lake we use then to catch white Bass in the power house intake. I nornally use 1/4 oz in white. If you can find a striper jump you can load the boat using the rooster tail.
  22. I love to throw a Yello Magic, G-splash or a Sammy . To me their is nothing like being on the lake at break of daylight fishing topwater. I will agree will Mr Dance on this 100%
