For my reels I only use braid, I tried 30lb power pro and all that did was dig into the spool and I was losing lures... I went up to 50-65lb and I havent had that problem since....

I always use the bells that attach to the tip of the rod, those work well for me.

There was one other time where I almost got into a fight... Me and my buddies were at our favorite bar (small bar) playing a video poker game when this guy comes over to me accusing me of staring at his girlfriend... All of my friends look at him then back at me wondering what he is talking about... Well I chuckled and said sorry you are very confused, and I would like to get back to my game now. Well he didn't thing I should, he proceeded to poke me in the chest. Now I always try to get out of fights (only being in 3) but I know if they think you are afraid, they will keep coming after you. Well after he poked me I told him I will give him 3 chances to do what ever he wants to do, after this the owner of the bar told me to be smart about this, I told the owner calmly that he is threatening me, and I will only give him 3 shots to do what he has to do, and the dummy I was talking to is being the stupid one. The owner (very cool guy) said just be smart about it. I kind of smiled and looked at the guy and said whats it going to be? You still have 3 shots, but if you miss on your third shot I am going to drop you. He kinda looked around, looked at me and said sorry. I told him it was okay and enjoy your night. For some reason people feel the need to try out the smaller guy in the room, with me being 5'8" I get that with idiots...

I use 50-65# for my baitcasters, I always had problems with the line digging in the spool using 30#, I upped it to 50-65# and it hasn't done it since...

I would go used if I were you... I have seen 5hp outboards for 400-600 bucks.

I got jumped by some frat boys for no reason one night.... Me and my friends were going home after a fun night out, and a guy asked me to talk with him at his door step, well I thought nothing of it... Then I saw two of his buddies start messing with my two friends (pushing them around ect..) I said excuse me but I better get going, I turned around and got sucker punched in the back of the head. I turned around and just started beating the crap out of him when I get sucker punched again! I get off the first guy and start kicking the crap out of the other guy, untill I get sucker punched again from another guy! I get off the guy I was beating and started on the other guy when I get punched in the back of the head again. Well I got tired of all the sissy fighting and pulled out my pocket knife and said the next guy that wants to hit me when I am not looking will get cut! And that pretty much ended the night... I woke up the next morning to get my haircut and the barber said I should have ducked lol. The top, side, and back of my head was full but bumps...

Like others said its the little ones that will get ya... And it doesnt feel good either when they get ya! When I go to put them back in the water is when they usually get me...

Me and Farmpond go to Shelbyville to do some Muskie fishing, but I have never been there for bass. Is it a pretty good bass lake? I have a 10' Pelican boat with trolling motor and I have a 3.5hp outboard to put on the back. Good thing is I can take it anywhere, but the bad thing is it only fits 2...

I have been practicing flipping in my backyard with about 4 inches of snow of on ground... My neighbors probably think i am nuts lol.

I dont think is a good deer gun, but if you coyote hunt its a perfect gun, do you can use that as an excuse to get one lol.
