Respooling
I just tie two overhand knots in the line. I also don't tie the line around the entire spool, I just put the line through 2 of the holes in the spool and tie it to those (then it doesn't slip when you try and start). I'll have to use tape from now on, I never even thought of that...

Man Woman Wild
Survivorman was the original and the best. Grylls is fun to watch, but Les would pwn him if they got lost Dual Survival is funny to watch, I wait for the day they start swinging at each other! I have never watched Man Woman Wild but I bet it goes something like this (I saw previews at least): Man - "We need to find firewood before dark" Woman - "EEEWWW I'm not touching that stuff!" Man - "We need to cross this river" Woman - " EEEWWW I'm not going in that water!" Man - "Here are some edible plants" Woman - "EEEWW I'm not eating that" Woman 10 minutes later - "IM HUNGRY!"

To the SOB that stold my stuff
And I'm sure they probably had the entire thing on camera too and wouldn't even let the police see it... Theft is a HUGE problem in my area, I bet we have more druggies per square mile than anywhere else Luckily I love out of town and there isn't much foot traffic, but I still worry. I may not have my pistol permit (yet) but you can bet I'll hook any SOB that gets near my stuff with a nice big muskie plug!

mono or flouro for money minnow????
Which size are you using? I have more luck with the smaller swims (I usually throw a 4.5 inch). I have also found darker colors to work better too.

Need help with brown trout
Nice fishes J Francho haha! I was doing some looking the other day and saw some guys throwing mouse patterns! I would love to find a brown that big I'm sure they are in Penn's somewhere, maybe I'll have to throw one once it gets cooler

What do I need to pour jigs??
Head on over to TackleUnderground and search there (and here) about pouring lead. Lead can explode if you get ANY moisture in it when it's hot. Over at TU, they have a list of all the suppliers where you can get your products. Do It Molds seems to be the standard for lead pourers, but I have no experience on the subject (just researched it a lot when I wanted to pour jigs and my own soft plastics).

Yum F2 series
Who needs all this scientific attractant BS when you can use Megastrike Honestly, I have never seen a difference using YUM over any other soft plastic so I think their attractant claims aren't holding up... That's just my opinion though. There Money frog is a nice bait though, I'll give them that. I did use the Money minnow with some success too, but I like my swimbaits a little more stiff.

Need help with brown trout
That's why I love the Green Drake hatch on Penn's, fish like that are standard during the hatch (only lasts about a week every year, the heat caused it to come 2 weeks early this year. That kind of made it nice because all of the people who come from the North weren't around for the hatch because they booked their rooms for the normal time ha.. thats mean, but it was nice to not be fishing elbow to elbow). I'm used to catching the 6 inch browns though because I still haven't mastered my fly rod (I slap the water and scare the smart fish away ).

I just signed up and WOW. What happened to working and buying your own stuff?
I don't think its easy to get sponsored... but it is easy to become a field staffer. I haven't been trying to get sponsored though so maybe I'm wrong. I too, only contact the people who make products that I believe in and I EXPECT to be a field staffer first (have to prove to that company I'm worth keeping around ). I'm happy with who I'm with now and don't really see the need to try and pursue anymore positions. I don't think people realize that more sponsors = more work!

Motorola Droid X
Just got a shipment today! I don't get to have one yet though because they were all sold I can't wait to try that auotmatic Panorama setting! My Touch Diamond used to have that feature and I really miss it. I was messing around with one before we sold it and Need for Speed Shift is AWESOME for a phone game! It is a tad big, but that screen is so nice looking that I think I'll live

Need help with brown trout
Ah, I love when the males get that hook jaw. It makes them look like they are going to beat someone up That's a nice brown! I have never seen one that dark. The one's here in Penn's Creek are VERY light: That's my cousins fish, not mine...

Glendale lake in PA
My favorite lake has some HEAVY grass in it right now also. I've been mainly just throwing wacky rigs and the action has been awesome. If you use a small enough bait and throw it weightless, the rig should just sit right on top of the grass and get smashed. White 3 inch sluggos have been the ticket for me the past couple days. My brother even caught his first Pickerel doing this Another good thing to do near this grass is toss swimbaits along the edge of the grass line (if you can find one, I don't know how bad your grass problem is). Some people even throw them weightless on top of the grass, but I haven't had much success with that.

Strike King Crankbaits-VERY HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's strange! Mine are always in my Plano boxes and sit in my car (I shouldn't do that ha). Maybe I should go look at my cranks... I just threw my sexy shad yesterday but it looked fine (I didn't look for any splitting like that though). That's some good CS there though! SK gets +1 in my book

Favorite Jigs with Trailers
I just bought some netbait peca craws (kentucky craw color) and I have to say I'm very impressed with them! I threw them on a bitzy bug and a bps enticer and they work awesome on either jig.

For you speeders
I have an app like this on my droid. It starts freaking out if I get near a speedtrap. I usually don't speed though

Quick Live well system
http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_1283____SearchResults If you are short on time, find a local garden shop or something similar and get yourself 2 pond pumps. 1 to keep water coming in and 1 to keep water moving out. You may be able to use an aquarium kit too, but I never tried it.

Baits at I Cast
Strike King launched a ton of stuff too. I even saw some saltwater Rage Tails (the new Thumper worm looks awesome). They a 1.5 and 2.5 shallow running crankbait and a few new jig colors.

Motorola Droid X
Yeah we didn't have Incredible's for weeks, but once we did get them, we got as many as we could. Should have came up to Central Pa, I could have hooked you up Funny story behind the Incredibles and why they were short stocked: The screen in the Incredible is a new form of screen called OLED (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organic_LED). As of now, only Samsung makes these screens (for phones anyway). Apparently, Samsung wasn't 'ready' for this rush for the incredible. But you know whats funny, ALL of Samsungs new Android phones (and some of their basic phones) are shipping with this screen. I think they were saving their stock for themselves and not giving HTC what they needed Well played Samsung...

Trokar jigs I made tonight
Those are some nice lookin' jigs! I'd love to make jigs, but I'm too afraid to melt lead

Motorola Droid X
Not as of yet. We were still using Moto Tools to bust 'em down to 2.0 and then flash a 2.1 on 'em. I know Cyanogen and koush were contemplating it, but I've been concentrating on apps. ...Btw, I went and got the Droid X today. ;-) Still can't get them yet Freakin' VZW Core stores and walmart's eat up the stock and don't leave any for us little guys to sell... We have plenty of Incredibles though I usually don't like Motorola phones and have used HTC's for years, but Motorola really stepped it up with these models!

Casio Cellphone
I don't have one but we sell a decent amount of them at the store. Its a decent phone. If it were me though, id look at the motorola barrage or samsungs rugged waterproof phone (I forget its name at the moment). They are both a little more rubberized. The rock is tough, but its all slick plastic (the other two are easier to hold). Make sure you keep all the doors shut on whatever you get. People come in complaining when they drop there phone in water and the charging port is left open. Its not my fault their an idiot

Motorola Droid X
Auto do you have a 2.2 rom? I was going to root my phone but my line is a store demo line and I didn't want to mess with that stuff and have them see I did it when they audit the lines and phone haha. Man I used to love cooking custom windows mobile roms. That's about the only good thing you could do with wm haha. Hopefully android kitchens will be easier and widely available in the future!
