I usually have 5-6 different jigs tied on. Most of my jig rods are heavy action but half have fluoro, the other half have braid.

Do you think every bass (or the majority of bass) die after fizzing, clip use, and or being in a livewell?

Everyone should be checking out MidwayUSA. They constantly have 40-55% off of pretty decent stuff. It changes almost daily but it’s worth checking out. They’ve been my main source of tackle since the pandemic started.

I’ve used clips a lot for Tournaments on the St.Lawrence. I put them on any fish caught deeper than 15ft. Can’t recall any fish dying in the livewell. I tried fizzing a fish once and it died on me so I never tried again.

Although my two picks finished 9th and 10th I'm glad someone who hasn't won one actually won today!

Pretty sure that's because he gets a lot of local help...Now before the Wheeler fans gang up, I know many anglers on tour get or have gotten local help, I just single him out because he's done the most with it.

Can anyone confirm the line capacities of these two? I'm seeing 70 yds of 14lb for the US version and 90 yds of 14 for the JDM version.

I have the Braillist and love it. The trigger is a little small for my liking but that's my only gripe. I used it for swimjigs (braid) during the summer for largemouth then slapped a reel with 15lb fluoro on it in the fall for dragging football jigs for smallies. If you can find it for $199 still, that'd be my choice.
