im trying to get a lipless into heavier cover and some what resemble a spinnerbait .. basicly like a crossbreed ..here is a pic of what i got so far.. xr-50 with a single weedless hook with a tail spinner...any advice on how to make this better and work right.. thanks

what size test is it? mabey someone can help with the knot... i dont use snaps, i tie direct,not saying they dont work its just for insurance.

i like both types throughout the year. i use a lipless to cover more water or ripping ..and use the traditional for active fish..i fell i get a reaction strike from both. i look for lanes to throw them in when fishing grass cover ..try a square bill or coffin bill around the wood cover

i think that if you find someone else's brushpile..that you didn't put there or your buddies is fair game , but if i was to create my own , and win , i wouldn't want to be called out on it, i wanted to know what others thought first.

watch brighthouse channel #47 , the show is called fishfinder or average angler adventures... they talk about tampa always.. the guy wade fishes alot and fishes from rock banks..

does anyone know how many hours till you change them....also after i installed mine,the motor seems like its not getting enough gas...the carb is clean.. made new fuel and shortend the gas line.. any suggestions ..thanks

i fish both styles year round ...if i fell i can work them in the terrain i will at least give them a try every outing..

well my dad chews levi g. he rolls it up in a big ol wodd and when he brings his t- rig worm back to the boat he spits the juice all over it.. looks at me and says son.... you aint holden yer mouth right...and catches fish

i just recently became a registered member, and so far this bass resource is great...i just sit here and read all the new post to see if i can help or learn something ,read the articles..i even asked the secratary at work to day if i could check something real quick while i was on lunch..its like i cant leave the computer.. like im going to miss out on something,.. well thanks staff for building and maintaining this site

i like a floating jerkbait, that can be splashed, in stained water ,the racket helps bass find it, i like the rapala f-11 or f-13,siver foil or the gold foil , if its really muddy you can add a small blade from a beetle spin on the back split ring ,it can sometime tangle on the back hook though.. thats something im still experimenting on..good luck
