did i pick the right line?
Tip... If you Use one of your wife's nylons to apply it to the line while reeling it on, you'll use a lot less as it won't get absorbed into it as it would useing a towel. Mike

Cartography - The Art Of Paper Fishing According To Rolo
I've said it before and I'll say it again...The Man knows Fla. waters more than anyone I've ever come across...What he wrote is really not exclusive to Kissimmee other than the obvious. Well done my friend. Thanks Daddy for re posting Mike

What's Your Combo?
I put much more importance on the rod than the reel. I'd get a Loomis NRX and put a used Curado E on it. Mike

What would you use this rod for?
Bottom contact in moderate cover if it's sensitive enough in your hands. Mike

Seguar Red Label
As others have said, it's an ok line but there are better options for a mainline imho. Flouro is one of those products that shouldn't be bought only because of price or marketing hype. There are folks who Love the stuff and some who don't for a lot of reasons. Mike

Has the term "flipping" replaced the term "pitching"?
Lets just agree it's 2 separate independent styles of presenting a bait to a specific spot. One from 10ft away and the other 20.. One the reel is engaged and the angler is useing the line to present the bait, and the other the angler is useing the rod. That's it Mike

Gambler big EZ
Excellent tip! When I want a lot of "thump" I'll throw it..When I want a little more "wiggle" I'll use a Skinny Dipper. The Big EZ is an absolute killer down here with an underspin more so than any other swim bait I've used and the include's a Keitech. I use the Gambler Duz-It Mike
