Couple options. The "liquid" you are refering to is KVD Line and Lure conditioner. It works well, and I use it every time I re-spool, and then maintenance as needed. Another trick is to take all tackle off of line, and with motor running, let it freespool out around 80yrds or so, and then ride with it for 30 seconds, and then reel back in. I suspect your problem is with a spinning reel and flouro, but it is just a guess! Jeff

I have the 50, which I love, and have fished with RW's 100. They feel about the same to me, except I can palm the 50 better, and would lean towards it more. They throw smaller baits about the same, so straight out of the boax, go with the 50. JMO Jeff

My pride and joy of trophy catch would be my first ever landed blue marlin. Have fished 4 days for one of these and hooked up to 3, but this is the only one I have ever landed! The day before my wedding, guys trip! Eradicating the invasive species! 3 of these in one day will wear you out! Especially when you dont fish BIG water as frequently as you would like! Bad picture but my first ever Brown....this lead to an addiction that I will NEVER kick! No Francho sized Browns YET, but I aint giving up! And since that is a horrible picture, but it is my first, here is a great picture of one! Jeff

My thinking exactly.....If I use a finger on the line with my t-rigs, then I should with my jigs,sans braid! With braid I have too many cuts in the finger! LOL Jeff

I figured it was not rod, reel, line related and it was not tackle related, so the obvious place would be general. After all it is a general question....lol Yea, we talked about that.....But you don't put your finger on any line, so what about soeone who does?
