I agree with the 5-6 lb range and man do they fight! Be careful of the teeth, and I would put money on it, that you caught it on a white spinnerbait and it is now junk.............am I right? Jeff

Zip POW and I caught 9 this morning. All keepers. Swimming anything white through 3 foot of water in the Lilly pads. Highlighted by a 3 1/4 lb spot on one of my homemade swim jigs. More thorough post and report when I am not on my phone and at a computer. Jeff
