  1. I prefer quantity over quality, but I won't be mad if I catch some big ones.
  2. It's on its way to Captin Obvious as we speak.
  3. It's football. You're not out there to make friends.
  4. Ha this exact thread was on a car forum I'm on. I like it off the front, but it doesn't matter much to me. This thread led to another thread on which way you prefer to wipe on my other forum.
  5. I will do that. I've never used anything like it so I'm pretty excited. I don't know what I want to try first, the centipedes or the chatterbait. I've got Captin Obvious's address and I'll get it out on Monday.
  6. I just got the box today and it was packed with all sorts of stuff. The first picture are the things I took and the second are of the things I put. Puts: Strike King 6XD Yamamoto Senko Watermelon/Red Culprit 7" Worms (forget the exact name) Strike King Tour Grade 3/8oz. Takes: MonteSS Bluegill Chatterbait (Looks Amazing) Big Bit Bait Rojas Frogs Stanley Ribbit Floaters Arkie Crawlin Fry I didn't take much stuff, but the things I got are great IMO. I think the puts and takes are of equal value. If not let me know and I will put some more stuff in.
  7. That's weird that you had problems with the Stealth. I haven't had a single one.
  8. Broken hands suck. I broke my left hand in a car accident. I guess you're not supposed to tense up, but that's basically impossible. I would definitely get it checked out. I waited until I couldn't move my hand at all to go to the doctor and it was a mistake. Go to the doctor right away.

Still getting used to it, but it has a lot of cool features. Can't really have an opinion on it yet.
  10. Man, those chatterbaits are lookin good. Can't wait to get the box.
  11. If you don't know what to buy, I wouldn't buy anything. Just save it until you really need something.
  12. I have another one, but this was a friend. This kid isn't big into fishing, but he enjoys it. He has a cheap combo from Wal-Mart that he uses, so I decided to teach him how to cast a baitcaster. I put the brakes on so he wouldn't backlash and after a few tries he was able to get it about 15' out. He had a slight backlash, but nothing too major. The buzzbait I had tied on sank as he was picking the backlash out. It only took him a couple seconds to get it out and as soon has he started reeling, a fish was on. I have never seen a fish eat a buzzbait of the bottom, but that's probably because you don't fish them on the bottom. So it was his first buzzbait and baitcaster fish which was kind of cool.
  13. HAHA. That was a good one.
  14. "Don't make me clock you boy." That was one of the funniest by him.
  15. The biggest fish caught between me and my buddies at a pond we fish came at an unexpected time. I was throwing a worm out (I think it was a 4" Power Worm) and was bouncing it off the bottom. Probably 10' from the bank I started to reel it in pretty fast to throw it out again and BAM! I knew the fish was pretty big for my standards and when I finally got it in, it was about 4lbs. What made it better was an older couple sitting on the bench behind me. They seemed more excited than I was.
  16. They are fun to fish when you are getting bit, but any topwater is IMO. In my experiences the bites are few and far between, but that's just me.
  17. I have found nothing wrong with Spiderwire Stealth. It's a smooth and strong braid. As far as the other Spiderwire braids go, they are horrible. Which did you have?
  18. Rage Craws Chigger Craws 5" Senko Brush Hogs Kalin's Grubs Rage Tail Anaconda Berkley 4" Power Worm
  19. Congratulations guys!
  20. I hope this doesn't violate any of the forum rules. A female CNN journalist heard about a very old Jewish man who had been going to the Western Wall to pray, twice a day, every day, for a long, long time. So she went to check it out. She went to the Western Wall and there he was, walking slowly up to the holy site. She watched him pray and after about 45 minutes, when he turned to leave, using a cane and moving very slowly, she approached him for an interview. "Pardon me, sir, I'm Rebecca Smith from CNN. What's your name? "Morris Feinberg," he replied. "Sir, how long have you been coming to the Western Wall and praying?" "For about 60 years." "60 years! That's amazing! What do you pray for?" "I pray for peace between the Christians, Jews and the Muslims." "I pray for all the wars and all the hatred to stop." "I pray for all our children to grow up safely as responsible adults, and to love their fellow man." "How do you feel after doing this for 60 years?" "Like I'm talking to a frickin wall."
  21. How did you trade a '97 Cougar for a new car?
  22. Wow! My heart is beating so fast right now.
  23. Agree to both parts. The Peeps expand to where it's almost impossible to eat them, which is a good thing because they are horrible.
  24. Why don't you just click the "Remember Me" box so you don't have to type the password every time?
