  1. My preferences fluctuate, this month. TD-Z R+103HL Pixy 2004 Super Tunned.
  2. That is a tough call, you will go well with either.
  3. With you 100%. I havent seen the Cabelas's socks but all my rods have this one color coded. http://www.***.com/descpageJACKETS-SJC.html
  4. I'm also a Sufix over PP that I used for years, cant wait to put my hands on the Samurai
  5. I didn't care much for the GD DX 704 and I think the tip is way to stiff to cast frogs and it is way too heavy, I sold mine. Back to a Rogue 706, lighter and easier.
  6. Very nice looking lure...and fish. Similar to the Jackall Go-Don but with a lip, I guess it floats.
  7. BBZ is one of my favorites.
  8. The same that I would use for small swimbaits, P-Line Evolution 20 lbs or CXX in 17 lbs, same diameter.
  9. No really, Team Daiwa Z is a serie itself( like Team Daiwa X, TD-X in another ) with differents models, TD-Z 105h, TD-Z-103M and so on. Zillion is Team Daiwa Zillion. You are right about the case of the Advantage
  10. For up to 3 oz I use 20 lbs and above that 25 lbs., CXX was my line of choice until Evolution came out, this one handle better, smaller diameter and as strong as CXX. I like braid a lot but not for swimbaits. I use a tunned Cardiff 301 for my heaviest lure. Your Okuma H should be fine as an all around SB rod, be aware the weight limit is 5. oz. I have the 7.6 MH for the smaller lures and up to 2 oz, above that the tip is too soft to unload properly. Best luck with them.
  11. Almost always a 1/0 trailer hook on the Sizmic Pop'N Toad
  12. They are on sale, I just got another one. http://www.***.com/descpageRLSSHIMANO-SSMGFA.html
  13. The Summit is 2 oz heavier than that. Plueger doesn't make any baitcaster weighting less than 7.5 oz http://www.pfluegerfishing.com/products/products.php?p=2
  14. You are correct, also sinks, as pointed.
  15. There is not baby Bluegill. You have the Ultimate and the Bluegill Series, both close to 2 oz and the Baby Bass series that weights 1.3 oz. It is a good idea keep your lures within the rod's weight limits.
  16. WHAT ? So I'm an idiot to take mine to them. Have you really used the Xpeditor ?
  17. I don't think that you need to worry about line visibility.
  18. Very good report. I was playing with one at BPS and I can feel the lack of the 4 knobs bearings....compare with the STX, obvious.
  19. Yoy never say what model you were looking at. The big difference between them is the XF action of the BCR 803. This is what make it ideal for smaller jigs and worms. One of my favorite.
  20. Are day in the market already? I can't find one, other than the initial prototypes.
