  1. E21 is listing 18 different models, they can be as technique specific as any Fast MH would.
  2. I use to have one of their reels. The rear gold plate rusted withing a year.
  3. I do the same but also separated in boxes for shallow, medium and deep runners.
  4. Congrats....they are beautiful
  5. I use a Cardiff 300, if you don't care about their weight the Calcutta TE 300 or the Luna 253 are both considered excellent. I've never felt the need to go any bigger than that.
  6. Same here. I switched from Power Pro and I will never go back.
  7. Try the Seeker 706 ( e-glass ) or the Gloomis CBR 845
  8. The ultimate BOMB!!!!!Zillion Crazy Cranker
  9. Avid that is a master piece. But let me add 5. When you don't shop at BPS anylonger and the Mail Office knows you as the guy who get the boxes from Japan.
  10. Long gone ;D
  11. I use jerkbaits all the time and in any season. The X-rap is one of my favorite, the size #8 is more productive for me, specialy in colder waters. I frecuently add a couple of weight disc ( Stom ) by late Fall and Winter. My winner color are Hot Steel. and White.
  12. Rapala has a very good video of the X-rap.....steady retrieve doen't get the best of them.
  13. Zip Sic bearings are good but expensive. I can't tell the difference between them and the ceramic ABEC 5 on sale by http://www.smoothdrag.com/price.html at 1/2 a price. There is not a ZIP spool for the Fuego. If you don't want to pay the price of Bassart and ZIP handles, the TD-Z handle will fit it, with 4 ball bearings, lighter and 1/2 a price.
  14. Shimano grease and oil work OK for me. I like TG Rocket Fuel for the spool support bearings. I don't like Hot Sauce. Daiwa oil is pretty good. Abu lube products have a good reputation and are cheap. I read from some reel mechanics about greasing the worm shaft. Personally I don't put grease in any parts exposed to the environment.
  15. Most Quantums have centrifugal brakes with external adjustment. I don't think that there is a break system better than Megaforce V.(I've never tried a DC).
  16. I have a M 6.0 spinning ( already on the decommission yard ). The black is Ok, I hate the way the reel seats and the handle in general.
  17. I didn't think about this one....I'm with you :'(
  18. HEY REELMECH: WHAT IS THE PROPER SETTING ON THE DRYER TO DRY EM OFF AFTER THE RINSE CYCLE This is one of the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ever
  19. You are my man. I have an Scorpion 1001 where I have invested so much money on that I would never recovery.....so I keep it. Then 2 Cardiff that I thing are the best as Swimbait reel. The other 18s are Daiwas
  20. Raul I've never heard of that. It will be cool.
