Duo-Lock Snap Size?
I use #3 rosco stainless steel snaps. You can get 100 duo-lock snaps for around $5-6 on the dreaded evilbay. I've never had one come undone, but I did add swivels to them.

Saving One Fish....
Very commendable, if only everyone else had your attitude about saving fish...

Hook Killing Bass
Sounds like you're not noticing the strikes soon enough, get yourself a more sensitive rod.

The Lure Swap to set the record straight.
Store bought lure swaps are silly. It would be a lot more interesting for the lure makers to swap lures .

Wow, the detail on those LC's is incredible. Thanks for posting those pics! I've got to try one of these out.

Realistic Lizard with eyes and a few Dual U tail worms Lights Out!
Those look awesome. I like your out of the box thinking when you're pouring your own baits. Very cool. Have you tried pouring a spider type bait for like DS or carolina rigs? Could be interesting.

Confidence Jerk Bait (Hard Version)
I was checking out the different colors, and it looks like ghost bluegill/baby bluegill is going to be the colors for me. The bait fish look very similar to those two colors in the body of water I fish. Thanks very much for your suggestions, that really helps me out. It's weird where I fish. The fish there definitely don't have a copy of the rulebook yet. I catch them on some of the last baits I would expect them to hit on at this time of the year. Sounds like you've got a good technique going on there though, I'll give it a try. Thanks. I was kind of wondering if it was worth committing to the LC's, but by the way you're talking, it looks like it is. Thanks for the comparison.

Confidence Jerk Bait (Hard Version)
What's a hard jerk bait that I can really build some confidence in? I see a lot of people throwing out those LC 100's. Are they really that good? I've been tossing out rapala's husky jerk in a orange color for quite some time, but to no avail. Is it poor technique? I always try to change up my presentation for the water conditions. Usually I'll jerk a couple times then pause and so forth. The fish just aren't reacting to this bait. Any suggestions?

Strongest Line To Line Knot?
I really wouldn't recommend using a swivel, you'll feel it smack every guide on the way out. The albright knot you can still feel, but its a lot more sleek.

Saltwater Lures For Bass?
Don't know if this counts, but I use a saltwater Excalibur Super Spook all the time. I've caught a ton of fish on it too.

Shades For Eye Glasses?
Thanks for the review, I'm still deciding between the two. I might just go with the fit-overs since you're saying they let in less light, which is a really big problem for me. Might be something for me to look in to. Thanks for your honest opinion, that helps.

Fuel Additives - How Often / What Strength?
I have heard from a few sources that sea foam is the best stuff on the market. After having the boat's carburetors professionally cleaned, they recommended to only try filling up your boat's tank to what you will use/burn during that trip. Also remember to unplug the fuel line and run it dry. You should only be adding a stabilizer type after you are done with every trip. It helps to keep the gasoline from separating. I use the recommended amount.

Shades For Eye Glasses?
You must have too many brains in there, haha. I saw those fit-overs too when I was looking at the cocoons. I'm just really concerned about them blocking out light, you can't really see how close they attach to your face. Thanks for the help buddy, I'm also glad I too am not the only one looking for these. How well do those block out light for you? Yeah Ike does, and I also noticed Ish Monroe does too. Actually, there's a contest going on right now to win a pair of ike's signature glasses and his book. Thanks for the info on those .

Shades For Eye Glasses?
Those cocoons look pretty cool, I saw those in the BPS catalog. I'm sure your friend paid an arm and a leg for those oakley glasses though. Thanks for letting me know. They definitely help as far as the shade they provide, but like I said, they just let in too much light from all of the sides. You need something that blocks out your peripheral vision.

Shades For Eye Glasses?
Anyone know of a type of shades that slip over seeing-eye glasses? I have been using those clip on shades, and they just let in way too much light from the sides, bottom, and top. I need something that hugs against my face. Is there even such a thing on the market? I would just wear contact lenses and just wear a regular pair of shades, but I am unable to wear contacts.

Ice Maker?
Yeah, sorry...I should have been more specific. I meant a commercial one.

Ice Maker?
Anyone know of a pretty good brand of an ice maker? I'm looking to buy one, since It will save me money in the long run from buying bags of ice.

Hooksets With Crankbaits
With the constant reeling tension your putting on it, you should feel that bite immediately, atleast I always do. Most of the time I don't even have to set the hook, but I always try to as soon as I feel that resistance.
