  1. It's a website that you used to be able to upload your pictures to and then share where you wanted. I guess you can still do that, but now they require a fee to be able to share your pictures anywhere. I need to put all mine on a USB and delete my account there I suppose.
  2. I pour and tie my own jigs, and I hate fishing cranks, along with the fact that cranks just aren't an option in a lot of our lakes anymore.
  3. Not sure if there's a question in that post OP?
  4. Yep, looks terrible on that thing too.
  5. 45 jigs is down to bare bones. 25 cranks is about 20 more than I need.
  6. I use the same mold that I use for Ned heads with the wire keeper, but I pour the 1/8oz heads with a 1/0 hook for those little swimmers.
  7. They're not bad but I prefer the Booyah Boss Pop better.
  8. I don't believe that color matters a bunch with big swimbaits. Put them in the right place at the right time and the fish really don't seem to care. I'd just fish it like is, at least at first to see if they eat it.
  9. There was a guy at the semi private lake I fished that loved to eat bluegills but hated cleaning them. He'd pay me a quarter each to fillet bluegills and occasional crappie for him. Another guy paid me $10 a turtle for snapping turtles to make turtle soup. I mowed yards when I was 13, painted and did laborer work when I was 14-15. Started working at Cabela's when I was 16 until I was 21. Did construction from 18-21. Been a LEO since I was 21.
  10. Only thing I'll say is when I get them on the front hook of a squarebill I assume I'm doing the right thing. It was tricked enough to try to engulf the bait head first to swallow it instead of just nipping at the back in curiosity.
  11. It's usually better for me when there is a little wind. You can certainly have too much wind, but at times you can have not enough too.
  12. Only time I've ever done well in live pads is flipping something down through them, usually a beaver.
  13. That's because Photobucket all the sudden decided everyone should have to pay for what they've been getting free for years. I have almost 40 pages of pictures on PB that I can't do anything with now.
  14. I have had my heart broke by them so many times when I used to fish the tournaments out there. I used to catch a bunch of them on bladed jigs and finesse jigs.
  15. Wyco? I used to sight fish them with live crawdads out there when the bass weren't biting, then give them to people on the bank. There's some giant drum in that lake.
  16. Find a club and fish as a non-boater. That's what I did when I was 16 and it taught me a ton.
  17. I lost what would surely have been my PB several years ago when it straightened a 5/0 EWG worm hook at the boat. I was fishing heavy timber and had to horse her out and it cost me. Made me stop fishing, for about 10 minutes until the shaking subsided, then I was up and trying to catch her again.
  18. I've had lots of doubles, but never a bass double on an A-rig. Had a white bass double on it at LOZ this past fall.
  19. Usually when the weather gets cooler and you expect the fishing to get better but it doesn't, that's the start of fall fishing here.
  20. 9" at our house yesterday. My wife couldn't go to work because every highway to get there was closed. I had a guide trip that I was late getting to because one of the roads I usually take was under water. I was literally catching crawdads in my front yard when I got home around noon. They were popping out of their mud burrows.
