- Anyone with sources with primers, bullets, and .22 rimfire ammo in stock?
22 rimfire is back in stock at a local shop just aguila 250rnd boxes though. They did have a bunch of cci about a month ago but it’s all gone. They have a ton of berrys pistol bullets some Berger’s in various calibers just not the ones I use (35gr 20cal). I haven’t seen primers anywhere in a few months there was a stretch where every time I went to sportsman’s warehouse they had primers limited to 2 boxes I made a trip daily and took my fiancé when I could to maximize how many. 9mm ammo is back in stock everywhere I look and not flying off shelf’s anymore but I’m still sitting on 4800 rnds left as of end of range day last week. I shoot the pistols 100rnds of 9 and 45 every week 22 pistols till I get sick of loading them.- The Day Social Media Died ~
All I keep hearing from my MIL in the other room talking to herself lol. She thought it was just her phone acting up though she just paid the bill. Then my fiancé said FB was down and now won’t shut up about that and everything about FB. I need more alcohol if she doesn’t find an apartment soon haha. It can stay down for all I care all I’m missing is the messed up memes haha- Do you carry cash?
Usually carry it in my left hand never more than $250k though and left hand so my gun hand stays free…….. besides what my career is lol I usually have like $20-40 in my wallet. Pay with my debit card for everything I just got a credit card a few months ago small limit all I was approved for I use it for gas and pay it off trying to build my credit up because it was tanked from my divorce and college loans but I paid them off last summer.- 9-11-2001 - Where were you?
In my freshman year math class, Mr Bennett was teaching what ever it was don’t remember that part other than math when another teacher knocked on door to wheel in a TV and we started watching the news. Every class rest the day had the news on and school basically stopped as we all watched.- 2022 Tundra
Definitely dig it if I wanted/needed a full size truck I’d consider it but my Tacoma has been suiting me well- HK USP-45 for a duty pistol
I think we had that one come through when I worked at runnings at the gun counter. I know a CZ came in about a year ago and it wasn’t on the shelf more than a few hours. That was a lot of the guns last year and still is a little bit. We would get a shipment in of around 80-100 guns they would all sell in a day or two and we would be left with just high end auto shotguns for duck hunting. Lowers would last a few hours if that and glocks the sig p365 we had a waiting list of people to call if we got some in most them never even made it to the shelf. I quit there back in March though I do miss the discount and the drop on when guns and ammo came in.- First squirrel I’ve seen like this
Touch of mange I would think- HK USP-45 for a duty pistol
Thanks, I really like it so far I never made it to the range yesterday or today like planned never made it out of work on time to get to the range before they closed. I want to put a flat blade trigger in the 320 like I have on my 365X. I built my 365 to be like the XL when I first got it but wanted the smaller size. Sig now offers the 365X which is what I built before they even offered it.- HK USP-45 for a duty pistol
I got the sig 320 .45 full size last week it’s on my hip right now as I type this in route to my next stop. I’ve got 500 rnds through it so far no issues. I’ll be putting another 100 through after work I hit the range every Thursday and shoot my pistols. so far I like a lot- HK USP-45 for a duty pistol
I ended up getting the Sig 320 full size .45 as my duty gun not able to find a USP for sale. Can rent it at the local range but they don’t have any in stock or their supplier. it’s still on my radar and will probably ****** up the first one I see for a decent price.- HK USP-45 for a duty pistol
Yeah that’s what I’m looking into now is a holster I would like for it.- HK USP-45 for a duty pistol
This is the first pistol I shot probably 25 years ago at my buddy’s house his dad had one, heck he had a few HKs we used to plink with. Anyways I’m looking at getting one for myself now as a duty pistol since we have to supply our own at work just needs to fit certain requirements(single/double action, barrel greater than 3.4”) and the USP does. Part of me is kinda nah don’t use it for work stick with the sig 320, but the other part of me wants it because we’ll it’s a USP. I’d really go for the Mark 23 but that’s $$$$$$ plus would have to jump through hoops to get it here in NY and would only be able to carry it for work. I rented the USP the other day at the range and fell in love with it they had several other HK pistols but I didn’t ask what ones they were they just said they didn’t have the mark 23 anymore but did have the USP 45. Anyone with any experience with them or the other HK models that are out and more readily available plus cheaper. Like I said would be for duty and I can’t stand glocks that everyone else uses haha.- What a Long Strange Trip It's Been...
oh yeah I’m good I’m sure if you search there was a long thread on here I think j Francho started keeping everyone up to date while I was in coma.- What a Long Strange Trip It's Been...
All good considering got hit by a truck since you were on here last I think haha.- Shelves are filling up again
I forgot what I grabbed a few pounds of when I was working at the store to try in the 308. I’ve got a few lbs of h4895 that I use for my 20practical and 243 then h4198 for the 17hornet I forgot what I grabbed to use in the 308 I haven’t even started loading for it yet been mostly doing 45acp lately shoot 50 a week usually in 45 and 9 but I’ve got several thousand 9. I’ve got the dies to do 9 but no small pistol primers and not in a big rush to start that one I did the math I can shoot 50 a week like I do and make it 3 years before running out. I still buy it when ever I see it also. 45 isn’t as common around here and I’m gonna be picking up another 45 soon for a different duty pistol.- Shelves are filling up again
The local store I used to work at been getting varget about every other week when powder comes. I thought about trying to use it for my 308 but going another route- Shelves are filling up again
One of the many down sides to living in NY we can’t buy ammo online and have it shipped to us. Well you can ship to a ffl then pay their fees to do it for you so tack that onto the price.- Shelves are filling up again
Idk about that primers are next to impossible to find. Powders are slow to come by also I’ve been checking the local shops for primers a few days a week on way home from work and for powders. Always have pistol and shotgun powders but H4895 that I use for 4 of the 6 rifles I load for I haven’t seen in stock since December. Primers I stumble across about once a month and those are a 2 tray(200ct) limit can’t get bricks anymore.- What a Long Strange Trip It's Been...
Little late to the post but welcome back- Who Carries Daily.....and What Do You Carry...and Why..?
As stated before my EDC is the sig p365 I appendix carry. I’m now getting the P320 in 45 for a duty gun so that will be my now EDC pretty much. I’ll have the two one for on the clock and one for when I’m not working. We have to supply our own firearm that meets requirements while a lot of guys there prefer Glocks and say get a glock I’m not a fan of glock there’s a local store that only sells to first responders and military and they have the 320 in .45 for $480 so I’m snagging that hopefully next week. Shoulda had it last week but stupid red tape with the store. They won’t accept the check from my employer made directly out to them for the gun. It’s gotta be money coming from me which it is just work gives a loan out for said duty gun we pay back minimum $10 each week. Work won’t give me a check to pay for it worries guys will not buy said gun with the money so they cut the check directly to the shops for the invoice of the gun. Worst case scenario I’ll just buy it myself this week and save that loan for something else from a different store since it’s a 1 time deal.- Any Luck In Upstate Ny?
He’s still fishing don’t think he’s posting as much. I see him every week at the firing pin but he said he might not be going on Thursdays depending on how the league is on silver this year- I should have listened - C-TUG kayak cart
I’ve got both the C-tug and the wilderness systems cart. Both work awesome I like the wildy one better it is kind of a hassle some times getting the kayak on it but not terrible it’s usually from me not lifting it high enough and knocking one of the arms so it turns. The c tug is lower so a little easier to get set up on but being lower it struggles going on some terrain I launch at.- Hello from upstate NY Finger Lakes
Welcome, another kayaker from NY here Rochester area though. - Anyone with sources with primers, bullets, and .22 rimfire ammo in stock?
