I throw all that on the medium. The 3/8 jig and 3/8 weighted plastics are the transition weights for me, I can throw them on the M or MH.

Have you tried the new xtreme handles? Some don't like the feel. Xtreme is heavier but balances nice, it's a tick less sensitive but you'll have to decide if that nrx sensitivity is worth $100~ more to you. What do you mean by small size lures?

I would hope not unless they are giant plastics. I use the medium fast for weightless/trig/lighter jigs

That's a big heavy boat, I believe it's 21.5ft, those 9 series are like caddilacs. basically you would burn a lot more fuel off the bat vs other combos, but I would say it's worth any consumption.

For bass and striper, get a 7' MH in either model. The tip will provide better casting and line pick up.

Seems like you need a shock leader, or to switch to mono/fluro. Braid doesn't have room for stretch when there's a problem

To be more specific I use a 6'8MXF avid for wacky, I'd use it for shakeys too but I dont do them.

Too funny, this will never end! The drive to find better and more comfortable gear for conditions shouldn't be put down or envied over, I hope we don't run into bad seeds again like that this season. Woke up to a soggy snow

Never had a problem with a 33 Platinum, the Omega Pro Z03 is much better. Call up Zebcos customer service about the broken part, they could help you out.
