With the water temperature rising I would think the bass would become more active in Braddock. Always take a second baitcaster and/or spinning reel with you. I do and have had to change-out a number of times. And having a second, third or fourth baitcaster of spinning reel on your boat can save your fanny, too. Just remember which reels you need to respool when you get home. Braddock should be popping with the full moon and warmer temperatures, unless the rains cool off the lake. Keep those cards and letters coming about your Braddock exploits.

Yes, I have had a treble hook surgically removed from my finger so I know what the little boy went through. My shortest fishing trip was when I tested the motor, trolling motor and the boat's systems before leaving home, as I always do. The trolling motor was inoperable. Seems BPS had snipped a wire when they did some specialty work on the boat. Never left home and lost my $75 tournament entrance fee.

Hey guys, We get our mosf of our oil from Canada and Mexico. Big oil field just found in North Dakota and drilling has begun. Only 2,000 acres are needed to hit the big oil in Alaska. And if fishing is our only vice then it is money well spent.

May I suggest replacing the guage and while you are having that done for either you, a friend or the dealer check the wiring. There may be some corrosion or a wire may be damaged to your guages. Isn't it interesting that one small guage on a very nice boat can really mess up your day?

Thad, Great to have another guy from Virginia on the site. I am working for Smyth County Public Schools as one of their consultants and the North Fork of Holston River is in the county. Do you think I would have some luck if I fished from the bank? I would drive up to Saltville and then over to the river to find a place to park and fish the bank. Just wondering???

Hey T, You are doing more important things than fishing. And wait until they get older and play on two different teams at different times and days. It just gets better as they grow up!
