Should it be up to the rest of the world to make sure they don't do anything to upset us?

I usually get 1099s from the trails I fish.I save reciepts on just about everything that involves the tournaments or fishing.Then,like Matt mentioned,you can only deduct so much per dollar made.

I'm in for Ky. It will be fun to see the results. You Florida boys better not count you little chicky's before they hatch.Georgia boys around here are pretty solid.

I used some slide in jigheads that were made with them.I used them for a tube which was a lure featuring an exposed hook.I really liked them.Didn't many fish throw them.I can't find these jigheads anywhere now though. I don't know how well the hooks work.

Man the guys in Canada don't stand a chance against those in Mexico. :

We got the Pointer knockoffs selling around here for about $7-$8.They look the same on the outside but the ghost color gives away that there is alot of difference on the inside.The ones around here don't have the tungsten ball in them that drops down to the tail of the lure for better casting. But if they work...they work!

Thanks Burley.I heard the side effects could be ugly but so are the long term effects of smoking.At 32 I'm really starting to notice. Did the side effects stay with you the whole time you took it?Or,how long did you have to take it? Thanks!I've been wanting to hear from somebody who has used it. Chris

We bail burley and darkfire.We just flake the burley but still tie dark fire.Bail it for storage until sale time,then we basket it. Burley,I know the smell.Brings back memories every fall.

Definantly a familiar picture to me.I bought my first truck working in tobacco.I don't miss any of it. I still get a kick out of "outta towners" who see a tabacco barn in the fall for the first time."Oh my! That barn is on fire! Preach,burley is a type of "air cured"tobacco used mostly for cigarettes.Dark fire,is smoke cured and used for chew and dip.

I fish for quality fish. I wouldn't knock anybody for fishing up to their own expectations. To many people try to fish against each other.Even in a tournament,it is me against the fish.

In some fisheries a dink may be an older fish.

I usually call them a dink when I catch them.I sometimes tell my buddies that they just pulled that one off their momma's

As far as Everstarts go,they were a good deal for me.With a 1 year warranty,I've only bought 2 of them in the last 3 years.About every 9 or 10 months I get a new one. Really,I am intersted in this thread myself.I got to get 2 trolling batteries(82# MG) and a starting battery for a new boat.I was thinking of just going to Interstates.Optimas are too pricey at $250 a pop. Anybody know where to find Trojan batteries?

Well it looks like I am going to keep the bass boat I won and get rid of my old one!Anyway,the new boat doesn't have a GPS unit on it.It has a Lowrance X135 in the dash and I am wanting to replace it with an Eagle that is both a GPS and a DF. Question: Do I have to change out the transducer?Wires? I'm hoping beens Eagle and Lowrance are the same,I can basically unplug the X135 and plug in the new one.Then just mount my satellite. I don't use grubs but Mister Twister 11" Phenom Worm is a dang good one!
