My boy has his mounted on a browning hi power. Looks great. You may want to check bps,cabellas,gander,academy, for their lines. Black colored rods will match easiest as you know

1.96 conqueror jigs from walmart in blue/black. I put a pit boss on it and Ive caught fish on it both times Ive used it. Ive thrown the same color booyah jig and only caught 2 fish throwing it 100s of times. Ive also used their(conqueror) premade carolina rig with a luck e strike lizard(walmart kit) and caught a 3.5lb fish

Nice work there fellas. Today was crazy. I went to my dads lake and caught 17 bass which is a record for me...only 2 were of 2 pounds or more. All dinks, 15 caught on senkos. One on a jig and another on a kvd 2.5, these were the bigger fish. This rain has them hype I think you have to go into hillsbro for snakes at this point

Buddy gave me a 6/0 for the jd frogs I have. That should work over the 5/0, plus its hooked between the back legs now

Looking for suggestions...maybe another veritas, carbonlite, falcon perhaps...up to 150 but would prefer to stay around 100.. Med or m/h I have to go to basspro to get this broken jm reel returned so thats rod money..I'll see how they balance

The one I got march 4th from Gander and had the buttcap fall off the day after buying it. I returned it and just noticed yesterday that on the new one, the blank was separating.As above I thought I heard a noise too one day. There was a black spiral groove going down between a few eyes. I returned that too. Im done with them. I like the look but obviously they arent up to par, even the new ones are reporting breaks. Ill probably get a carbonlite again

I used the zooms today and the fish were killing them. 2 packs of 6inch zooms cost less than 1 pack of ragetails ..so its a no brainer for me
