  1. but yes, the core will do FANTASIC on a 745.....I assume you are going to run #20 on it correct? and since you will be pitching/flipping line capacity will not matter.
  2. fixed your post for you! ZING!!!!
  3. This is a question for Mr. Bob lusk
  4. ah man, I see the word monster and just KNOW there is gonna be a pic.......... I hastily scroll and nothing. Its like being a cubs fan I tell ya!
  5. if this is true, that is very interesting
  6. go ahead and super tune that core 50 and set it up on a DX. only drawback is the bait monkey will coming trick or treating every night, not just on Halloween. I still have a supertuned core 50 with bocas on a 742c dx for shakeyheads/weightless senkos and it is the primo of the primo. By far the sweetest thing on earth.
  7. I want that drop shot rig at the end....
  8. there are always bass shallow, and always bass deep. IMO, catch em where you can find them.....
  9. change retrieve speed first .....then color.
  10. anywhere from 10 to 25......depending on technuiqe
  11. I have seen that pic for several states, and all of them are weak photoshop jobs....... i really do wish a state would post one of these signs for real though.
  12. ok, yeah for second owner the only thing that transfers is the hull warrantee as far as I know.... I find it hard pressed that a dealer wouldnt give someone a $40 or so gauge to make make them happy. I dont expect much from a parent company, but I do expect more from a dealer, as usually the dealer can be more flexible (sometimes)
  13. Acadamey sports has the Rapala Digital we been talking about on sale for 39.99 for those looking for one
  14. in the "old days" if it was peeing fine and the overheat buzzer didnt go off, your water pressure was fine, aka no need for water pressure gauge. on the otherhand, it is concerning Nitro will not replace it, I thought Nitro gave a 1 year full "bumper to bumper" warrantee on all components.......I would take it to your dealer and work it out.
  15. I loved my spot lock thats for sure! it was the most used feature for me. that said I will not be moving the terrova to my new boat, the stow and deploy is just too much of a hassle. I wouldn't think adding a rope style stow/deploy method would be that hard. but for now I am going back to cable steer.........I am sure once the wind howls I will be changing my mind again, LOL
  16. happy birthday! Hopefully you are out catching Pickwick Pigs today!
  17. Lee, you are catching some hogs my friend!!!!!!! Good for you!!!! I have to admit, my 4# goal has not worked out for me very well. Let me go ahead and say now, I will now donate on the "00mod" plan......50cents for every fish I catch, PLUS a combo($7.50) for any over 4#. this helps me and the kids. Me, because now I will HAVE to keep a fishing log, plus get to donate on the regular. Helps the kids in that, lets face it they need the help and a smile! I never like to lower a goal, but for the smile of a child, I am willing.
  18. 1 battery for cranking /accessories 2 batteries for 24v trolling motor only sensible way to do it......doing it another way is asking to stranded one day.
  19. $20 bills are the ULTIMATE topwater bait.......
  20. if it's a 80 snapper, probably as much as he wants. LOL I am not getting close enough to ask.
  21. survival of the fittest at its purest........just nature running its course. No worries either way.
  22. Raider, cant beat some good ole rope.........or mail pouch. use to love Skoal long cut or Levi. Just the smell brings back the memory and a smile.
  23. get the rapala..........if you dont like it I will buy it from you, then all it cost you is shipping to me. I need another anyway.
  24. yes that is the Rapala. You can also get the 50# version as well if you are going to do any catfishing. as far as the clamp vs hook. The clamp will work great, but the clamp has a heavy pull. So you need strong hands to have a fish in one hand and squeeze the clamp in the other. That is the reason I use the hook cause I can weigh and release the fish much faster and get the fish back into water. the rapala is half the price as the boga,no?
